Saturday had arrived and you were hurrying to get ready. Hayner was tapping his foot, you had gone to bed late talking to the team over video call, they were extremely excited after winning and could not stop talking about it. Then he began to message you afterwards and you were talking till late. You pulled your hair up into a high messy ponytail as you ran passed Hayner to the bathroom to quickly grab your jewellery items. 
"Come on! We're late!" He huffed, you frowned as the two of you ran down the stairs.
"No we're not. The team doesn't get there for another half an hour." You muttered, pulling on your heels. Hayner wrinkled his nose up and stuck out his tongue as you finally headed out the door and towards Lady Luck. Once you had made it you were greeted by Luxord and Xigbar.
"Howdy hey little lady." Xigbar said, you gave him a smile as Luxord bowed.
"Hi guys!" You said, Hayner waved to them before they opened the doors and you walked in, the music wasn't playing yet but everyone was talking in different corners, you and Hayner made a beeline for your group were sat, or standing by the bar.
"Hey!" You said giving Vanille a hug.
"Hey, what took you guys so long?" Yuffie asked bounding over to Hayner and giving him a hug.
"Blame her, she was taking forever to get ready." Hayner muttered, causing Yuffie and Vanille to laugh.
"Well you're here now." Vanille said, you turned around to have a drink put in your face.
"Here you go." Aqua said smiling, you took it from her and smiled gratefully. "They guys were so excited when I messaged them this morning."
"I know right! Axel and Reno were buzzing! And they wouldn't shut up. I'm surprised if they got any sleep last night." Kairi laughed, a few more began chatting as you turned to see all the other teams were here too. Including Yozora. You chewed your lip before turning around to face Paine who had a knowing smirk on your lips.
"Yo, so I notice your prince friend is here." She said, you pursed your lips together.
"Oh I hdn't noticed." You lied, Paine raised an eyebrow and placed a hand on her hip.
"Really {Name}? It's okay to be friends with him, he wasn't the jerk it was his teammates." She added, as Serah came over and wrapped her arms around Paine's waist and rested her chin on her shoulder.
"What's going on? Yozora? Do you wanna say hi? They're not gonna tell you off." She said, you hummed softly before Paine and Serah took you by the arm and led you over to Yozora.
"Hey Yozora!" Serah cooed, the boy turned around to face her and spotted you. "So, great game. {Name} wanted to say hey." Serah mused, you blushed slightly and Paine took Serah by the arm and walked away.
"Guys!" You wailed, however they weren't turning back so you turned to face Yozora.
"So, that was a great match." You murmured, Yozora placed his hands in his pockets.
"Yeah but D.I. were better. How are you?" He asked, you glanced up at him.
"I'm good, really proud of the guys. How are you?"
"Fine, listen I didn't mean to make things awkward with your team and ours." Yozora stepped closer and placed a ahnd on your shoulder.
"Oh?" You said softly, Yozora tensed.
"Yeah, my teammate saying those things to you. They're just really stuck up." He murmured, you smiled slightly.
"Its okay, anyway I should get back. The guys will be here in a minute." He nodded as his eyes flickered to your side.
"Hey prince, I'm here to pick this one up." Tidus said, before he raised his hands in defence. "But don't worry I'm not interested in her." He chuckled, he held out his hand and took it. "Great game! Come on {Name}." he leant closer "the guys are getting jealous." He whispered, you blushed and nodded waving goodbye to Yozora to head back to your group of friends.

Once you made it back you were about to explain when the door opened. 
"Here we go." Hayner laughed, as the team entered, heads held high and the goofy grins from before still on their faces. "I can't tell are they happy?" He teased, causing a couple of you to giggle.
"What team?!" Zack called, everyone screamed in response, and you smiled from your bar stall. "Let's start this party!" He yelled, causing everyone to scream, the music to start and everyone began jumping around. Lightning nodded to the DJ and suddenly the room erupted into music and everyone cheered again.
"This is going to be a long night." Lightning mused as she passed you a drink of lemonade, you nodded and took it from her. "But make sure you have some fun tonight as well." She added, you smiled and took a sip of drink before you felt a pair of arms wrap around your waist and drag you backwards to the dance floor. You turned around and Xion was there smiling brightly.
"Come on! Let's do this." She said, she twirled you around and you laughed as you spun her around and began dancing with her. The two of you were tearing up the dance floor, dancing under the luminescent lights as the music grew louder. The two of you laughing as you danced through the night. "Hey Olette come join us!" Xion said, as Olette walked over and grinned at you, you took her hand and spun her in and out as the song changed and the three of you began jumping up and down laughing and singing along as you went. After several songs, singing loudly and dancing till your feet hurt you and Olette walked over to get a glass of water.
"You know, this is turning out to be a pretty good evening." Olette said, you gulped down the water gratefully as the song changed and you started bobbing your head to it.
"Don't jinx it." You mused, Olette shook her head.
"I doubt it'll go bad, look at everyone!" She said, you turned around and spotted the basketball team lapping up all the attention, the girls dancing around them, the boys were jumping in time to the beat and cheering loudly. Your junior friends were partying together waving and cheering and supporting their senior friends. Whilst the girls were up on the platforms dancing and singing and screaming loudly. You took Olette's hand and the two of you headed through the crowd, to join Namine, Xion, Kairi, Roxas, Ven, Sora, Riku, Pence, Hayner, Vanitas, and Iris, dancing and singing in the centre of the dance floor, as you danced you suddenly felt arms wrap around you, you glanced behind you to see Yuna smiling, as Tidus, Cindy, Rikku, Paine, Serah, Aqua, Yuffie, and Vanille joined. You all cheered loudly and kept dancing with them joining in. After a few minutes Hayner had Terra jump on his back and Axel, Reno, Noctis, Prompto, Zexion, Genesis, and Zack joined you guys you all began jumping up and down together and when the song changed, Lightning, Tifa, Aerith, Leon, Gladiolus, Ignis, and Cloud joined you guys you spent the rest of the evening dancing and singing away and you really didn't want it to end.
