Again, another week of exams and coursework. It was a long Monday, exam after exam, coursework that needed to be handed in and finally Xigbar was throwing out all the stops, circuits, basketball, netball, benchball, rounders, and athletics, not only that but it was 34 degrees you were hot and bothered. But luckily for you for most of this you were with Riku and Ven after all they were the best two when it came to sports. After your long day you had gone straight to bed and woken up early ready for another day. However, it was now Tuesday and you wish you hadn't even stepped foot into the school.

After most of your exams and coursework had been completed. Marluxia had one last task for your class to do. Every drama class was to put on a twenty minute performance to show to the whole school. You had four days to come up with a piece and perform on the Friday. As a group you decided to do the performance on Cinderella it took a while to come to this decision as Selphie was adamant that it should be the life and times of Selphie and the terrible princess. As a group you managed to completely dismiss her idea, causing her to throw a tantrum and walk out. Kairi kept changing the character she wanted, which you had to admit was pretty funny, she was very excited. She was a prince, the donkey, a maid, and even the director before Marluxia burst into tears and Yuna convinced Kairi to stay as the fairy god mother.

So the first three days went by rather well, but Marluxia had realised you are not the most focused group. Especially with the amount of arguing the guys did, which you had to admit, was Marluxia's fault for making you Cinderella and Seifer Prince Charming. Now it was the day before the show and Marluxia was slowly losing the will to live.
"Can you all please focus! We have a day!" Marluxia yelled, you all stopped and looked at him. "A day! Please!" He stomped off towards the exit before looking back at you all "Please!" He begged before throwing the doors open and storming out. You pursed your lips together as Yuna sighed and ran her fingers through her hair while glaring at everyone.
"Alright! You heard him can we please just focus! Now from the top!" Yuna ordered, everyone hurried to position and you sighed standing in the centre of the stage. "And action!" She yelled.

Show day had arrived and everyone was backstage, waiting for the other classes to finish. Yours was the last class to perform and you were sat with Kairi and Olette as they were finishing your hair and make up.
"I'm nervous." You muttered, as Kairi applied foundation.
"Don't be, you'll be great."
"I swear Selphie is gonna do something to me." You muttered, Olette pulled your hair back and began brushing.
"Probably." She giggled, you frowned as Selphie walked passed eyeing you up.
"Not funny." Kairi mused as she moved on to the eye make up. You sighed as Pence ran by in costume warming himself up by singing tongue twisters.
"The big blue balloon burst! The big blue balloon burst! The big blue balloon burst! The big blue balloon burst!"
"Pence shut up! They can hear you on stage!" Marluxia hissed, causing Pence to panic and fall on the floor in fear. The crowd began to clap and you shot out of your seat. Marluxia came over and brought your class together.
"Please. Please get it right this time!" He begged, you all nodded and Yuna came by wishing you all luck as everyone went into their places.

The opening was more dramatic every time you ran it! Which was great for all of you, as the audience laughed it seemed to give everyone confidence. Selphie had really gotten into the role of ugly stepsister. In rehearsal it had taken a lot of convincing but when she realised she could be mean to you, she leapt at the idea. Now she was on stage, giving it her all. Selphie's scene got longer and longer. You could tell from a quick glance at Marluxia that he was not impressed by her. But you had also noticed Selphie had come up with more abusive new names for Cinderella, some of which oddly rimed with your name.

The scene with Pence was the funniest. The audience was laughing every five seconds, the cast wasn't exactly sure if he was doing it on purpose or he had really forgotten everything you'd all done in class. Pence spent most of his scene improvising his lines, since he'd clearly forgotten them, making it harder for you and Kairi as you tried to do the scenes with him. Marluxia at this point was pulling out his hair due to the stress. Halfway through 1 of the scenes that Sora was improvising you couldn't stop a laughing fit as Sora's character tried to teach Selphie's character to bake a cake and covered her in flour. She was not impressed and stormed off stage, at least the audience were enjoying themselves, you could even see Nyx and Fran having a good old laugh.

The ball scene was probably the most complicated and weird. Your brother in a dress dancing with Vanitas was one that everyone would remember, but your brother made it work. He was lapping up the attention as the step mother, trying to flirt with Seifer, Vanitas and Olette. He even managed to try and kiss Seifer, which was met with the funniest dodge roll away by Seifer as Hayner fell over his dress and rolled off stage. Once you arrived on stage, you realised someone swapped your dress and it was no longer fitting perfectly. Olette and Kairi gave you shrugged shoulders and wide eyes in confusion but you knew, Selphie. Every time you tripped Seifer would catch you and you could feel certain audience members and cast members getting agitated but as much as you were all enjoying the performance, the show took a turn you were not expecting. You were dancing with Seifer, in the ballroom scene, you twirled around and turned to face Seifer and your eyes widened as his lips crashed onto yours. The auditorium went silent, and those on stage were staring at you both with jaws dropped, eyes wide and complete confusion. Marluxia was stood in the wings frantically searching his script for answers, alas there were no answers as Seifer moved your hands to wrap around his neck. You didn't resist but you didn't kiss back either, you were confused. Very confused. The bell chimed midnight, and you pulled back, your mouth opened and closed before you ran off stage. You continued with the rest of the show in the daze and before you knew it you were bowing. The audience were cheering loudly and Seifer held up your hand and the audience cheered louder. Marluxia ran on stage and took his own bow.
"Thank you ladies and gentlemen! Thank you for supporting the arts and our wonderful students in their very own drama productions! We look forward to seeing you at the after party! Thank you and goodnight!" He said before the curtains closed and you ran off.
