Sunday had arrived. Everyone had slept over the night before and everything was going swimmingly, you were only waiting on one person before heading back home to Hollow Bastion.
"Okay is everyone here?" Nyx asked, you heard the doorbell go and Sora bounded down the steps.
"That should be Aerith!" He cheered. Terra and Zack were wheeling everyone's suitcases to the door.
"Then everyone should be here!" Xion yelled as she ran passed Sora into the bathroom. Hayner opened the door and as soon as he opened the door, he slammed it shut. You stopped next to Ven and you both folded your arms.
"Dude. Why would you shut the door on Aerith?" He said, Riku walked by.
"Clearly he wants to die early." He smirked, Cloud came to a stop behind you.
"She can be scary Hayner, that wasn't smart." He said. Hayner blinked and glanced up at everyone and you tilted your head to the side.
"Hayner?" You asked, Hayner turned back to the door and flung it open.
"AERITH TELL ME THIS IS A JOKE?!" He yelled, Aerith was stood with a wry smile, your eyes widened as you realised why Hayner was acting up. Cloud and Ven tensed and stepped in front of you.
"Vanitas!" Sora shouted from the stairs, Vanitas rolled his eyes.
"I told you this was a bad idea Aerith." He muttered, Aerith placed her hands in front of her.
"We don't have a choice. Cloud, Hayner {Name}, can I have a word and please can you get Nyx too." She stepped back out, and Cloud rolled his eyes and followed taking you by the arm as Hayner trudged outside.

"So?" Hayner began as you gave Vanitas an apologetic smile. 
"You-know-who has decided to go away..." Aerith began, Cloud folded his arms over his chest as Nyx appeared.
"Vanitas." He smirked, Vanitas tensed but nodded slightly, Hayner raised an eyebrow but said nothing. "Let me guess, he's coming too?" Nyx said, Hayner was about to protest but Nyx clipped him up the side of the head. Aerith smiled slightly.
"Yes, and I can't leave my brother alone since we're going away as well." She explained, you made a slight awe sound and the boys stared at you.
"And it's not like our parents are around." Cloud said, Vanitas sighed and folded his arms.
"I told Aerith I'd be fine alone." He said, Nyx and Hayner were about to respond when Fran appeared behind him and placed her hands on his shoulders.
"Of course he can come! We have plenty of room. No one should be alone on the holidays." She smiled brightly, you burst into laughter and everyone stared at you.
"Sorry." You cleared your throat. "I have no problems." You said giving everyone a thumb's up. Cloud sighed and nodded.
"Yeah, it's fine." He said, Hayner groaned.
"Well, he did help my sister and the girls I guess." He said, you winked at your brother, "still gonna go sulk." He huffed, Nyx ruffled his hair and Aerith smiled at her younger brother.
"That is wonderful news, now let's all go in." Fran said, Cloud turned with Aerith and they followed Nyx and Fran and Hayner. Vanitas glanced at you and smirked and you blushed slightly before folding your arms over your chest.
"Come on." He said as he walked passed you, "your friends are waiting." He murmured, you nodded and the two of you headed back into your house.

"So this isn't awkward at all." Demyx laughed, you tried your best not to laugh but seeing all the guys with folded arms, narrowed eyes and silence, you couldn't help it. Vanille clapped her hands together and placed her elbow on Vanitas' shoulder. He frowned at her but didn't say anything. 
"Alright, guys let's just enjoy the holiday's!" She smiled brightly, Rikku nodded in agreement.
"And we get to party hard at Hayner's!" She cheered, the guys sighed in unison and Sora nodded.
"Yeah alright! We're ready whenever you are Nyx and Fran." He smiled at you and you glanced over at Nyx who sighed and stood up.
