Friday had arrived, and you were definitely freaking out about your drama assessment. You were sat next to Kairi biting your nails much to her disgust.

"Seriously. Stop that, it's gross and I won't have anything to paint for Halloween." She muttered, you glanced at her.
"But it's Halloween aren't I meant to look scary?" You asked, she rolled her eyes as Marluxia floated gracefully into the room.
"Good morning! Today we will be showing our duologues and monologues! I hope we've all prepared now let's begin!" He sat down on his chair with his notebook ready and he called the first pair. You were sat quietly hoping someone would eat you up, you were so nervous as you watched the other pieces, your heart was hammering against your chest and you could swear you knew your lines as you left your house this morning but now it was just a pile of mush. You couldn't remember a thing! Another pair was called up and you began to fidget.

"{Name} and Seifer."
You gulped and Kairi wished you luck as you went up and set the stage with your table and chairs. You glanced at Seifer who nodded at you. You placed on the mask and sat down, you inhaled shakily.
"Uh... I think I have the wrong table?" Seifer began, you glanced up at him and put on your best old lady voice.
"Who you looking for honey?" Your voice gravelly causing a few of the students to laugh. Seifer was taken aback,
"I'm looking for Sidney."
"That's me." You said, the scene continued and Seifer shuffled on his feet.
"Well uh, I just wanted to tell you that Tony couldn't make it. See ya." Seifer left the scene and you gave a snort.
"See you later loser." You said in your normal voice, you sat patiently and Seifer reappeared as another character, looking skittish, with flowers in his hands.
"Hey, there, Sidney. I'm early. I mean I'm Phil and I'm early. I am glad you're early too, well, sort of. I was hoping to beat you and get used to the room first. I get nervous in new places. And with new people. I get nervous a lot. I brought you flowers." He presents them to you and you place them in the centre of the table, hiding you from his view. "The flowers are a little wilted. They were pretty. I mean there is this wonderful flower shop but I didn't have time to go there today but I did a few days ago and I wanted those flowers. I don't get a date every day you know and I wanted this to be special, so I got the best flowers I know of but I want this to be great. You know what I mean." He stopped babbling and you leant forward sniffing the flowers dramatically,
"They're lovely." You say in your old lady voice, Seifer notices your mask and he sits back, eyes wide in confusion. He takes off his glasses and wipes them before putting them back on again.
"What's with the mask?" He finally asks, you glance at him intently with the mask.
"Does it scare you?" You said. He shakes his head.
"No... it's just a little... weird." He replies, the scene continues and you both were on fire! You'd been given laughs and applause and you were both really enjoying your scene. The end was almost upon you both.
"I still can't compliment you." He said,
"No." You answered, the two of you sit quietly for a moment, you reach up ready to take your mask off, the class waiting in anticipation. Seifer raises his hand forward.
"You don't have to take the mask off. It's okay." He said, you hummed softly.
"I want to. You're really nice. You deserve to see my real face. You've passed the test." You said happily, Seifer waits and you take off the mask.
"You're beautiful." Seifer breathes, you felt your cheeks redden and you fiddled with the mask.
"No." You said with your old lady voice, causing the class to giggle.
"You are... really."
"Stop."
"You don't have any reason to hide." He added, the two of you stare into each other's eyes and smile.
"Do you want another hot dog?" You asked, Seifer nodded.
"Sure."
You ended your scene and Marluxia began to clap along with the rest of the class, you both stood up and took off your set before you stood in the centre ready to do your monologue.
