You and Fran had made it to Lady Luck and the base was drumming through the ground. You stepped to the door and Tifa burst out, her eyes wide with worry until they landed on you.
"Oh thank god!" She ran at you and wrapped her arms around you, your eyes widened in surprise as you hugged her back.
"Hi Tifa." You said, she pulled back and frowned at you.
"Don't hi Tifa me, when your brother showed up without you, I started to worry but when everyone else showed up and you weren't with any of them, I started freaking out!" She cried, you blushed slightly and Fran chuckled.
"I told you." She said, Tifa glanced at Fran and smiled a little as you shuffled slightly.
"Sorry... I'm here now." You said, Tifa was about to respond when Gladiolus flung the doors opened.
"okay, no one knows where she is! I'll head to the beach, Leon and Cloud are gonna head to the mall and scope the area..." he trailed off when he spotted Tifa standing with you. His eyes widened and he sighed as he placed his hand on his hip.
"I'll call off the search party. Jeez kid you gave us a heart attack." He mused, you blushed again and the door burst open to see Lightning with a frying pan.
"Everyone should stay out of my way! I will find her!" She yelled then stopped and turned to you, she blinked a couple times and you waved slightly. She shoved the frying pan at Gladious before she dropped to her knees and grabbed your shoulders pulling you into a hug.
"Don't you dare scare us like that again." She ordered, you sighed and hugged her back, Tifa smiled and Gladiolus nodded to Fran.
"I'll see her for pick up tonight. Bye." She walked away as Lightning pulled back and Gladiolus placed a hand on your shoulder.
"Alright let's go inside." He suggested, Tifa and Lightning nodded as the four of you entered Lady Luck.

Once you had made it inside you were bombarded with hugs, tears and emotions. And that was just from Pence. Everyone was incredibly worried about you, but were glad to see you were alright. This valentine's night you actually enjoyed yourself very much. You danced with the girls, played some darts with the college group. Laughed and danced some more. Everyone was on their best behaviour, even so, he didn't spend much time with you as you spent time with your friends, you felt sad but you had quite the fun night. By the time eleven rolled around you were sat on one of the stalls watching couples dance and kiss, make out in some cases. You had already text Fran to come get you.
"You know, this has been the calmest valentines disco ever." Rikku laughed, you raised an eyebrow.
"Really?" You asked, she nodded.
"Yeah usually, Selphie is snogging everything with a dick... sometimes a vagina. Usually Iris. And then the guys are usually having girls fawn over them, when I say guys I mean golden kid, and the basketball team... You know the players. But this year, no one seems to give a shit." She explained, you pursed your lips together and smirked slightly, she glanced at you and gulped before waving her hands. "Sorry!"
"It's okay, I think the guys realised they were driving all of us mad. Maybe... I hope... but yeah it's been cool, Selphie didn't even come tonight." You said, Rikku nodded.
"That's probably why." The two of you laughed and Rikku wrapped an arm around your shoulder and leant forward giving your cheek a kiss, knowing full well the guys were watching. She winked at you and you shook your head.
"Anyway, love ya. See you later." She said as she bounded off, you turned around on the seat to Aerith who was smiling brightly at you.
"She's so sweet."
"And a troublemaker." You laughed, Aerith nodded in agreement and you leant over the bar giving her a hug.
"Well I'm gonna call it a night but I'll text you all tomorrow." You explained she hugged you back as you made your way around the bar giving your friends a hug before heading outside to meet up with Fran.

"Thanks for coming to get me." You said to Fran once you were outside. She nodded as the two of you walked home.
"Did you say goodbye to everyone? Or they might burn down the town." She laughed, you rolled your eyes and smiled.
"Yeah I did." You replied, she nodded thoughtfully. You both made it to the house and you thanked Fran again before heading up to your room and getting into your pjs. You hopped into bed and grabbed a book ready to do some reading.
