Halfway through the night Xemnas came out and stood with the microphone in front of him, placing two very fake snowy crowns onto a pedestal, whilst he was doing that everyone was talking quietly as the music continued to play softly. You could hear the faint whispers of people gossiping about you, you rolled your eyes as Xion wrapped an arm around your shoulder.
"Ignore them. They don't have any right to say anything." She hissed you nodded slightly as Tidus punched your arm lightly.
"Besides you're already a princess." He chuckled, you nodded a small smile gracing your lips.
"Who do you think is going to win?" Rikku asked as she appeared with Axel just behind her. You smiled at them both before looking back at Xemnas.
"We're about to find out." You whispered, your eyes travelled around and you could see several glares aimed at you, you sighed. The music stopped and Xemnas cleared his throat.
"It is that time of the night where we announce the snow princess and snow prince." He let out a small chuckle at the titles and Hayner smirked before folding his arms over his chest. "Now then, thank you all for voting tonight and now without further or do... tonight's snow prince is..." He paused for effect and glanced around before looking towards your group. "It is Tidus!" He cheered, you squealed in delight and you turned to him giving him a hug as his eyes widened like saucers. Axel smacked him on the back happily, as everyone began clapping for him. Terra and Reno paved a way as he walked through the crowd.
"Yes." Xion breathed beside you, you glanced at her.
"Did you vote for him?" You asked, she nodded.
"Did you?"
"of course," You gave her a wink and her eyes widened.
"did you vote for her too?" She asked excitedly, you nodded laughing before the two of you high fived. "let's hope everyone else felt the same way." She gripped your arm tightly. Tidus made it to the stage and Sa'ix placed the crown on his head a bored expression on his face. He stood next to Xemnas giving your group a small wave.
"And now for the snow princess." He paused again and glanced at his paper, "a very clear winner here." He mused, he glanced at your group "Yuna!" The girls in your group burst into squeals of delight and Yuna's cheeks went bright red as Reno gave her a hug and ushered her towards the stage. Her eyes were just as wide as Tidus as the two of them blushed at the sight of each other. Rikku leant over to you.
"now if they aren't together by the end of the night, I'm locking them in a cupboard for 24 hours." She cackled, you laughed in agreement and watched as Sa'ix placed a crown on her head, a small nod of approval coming from the stone-faced teacher. Yuna curtsied and shuffled over to Xemnas and smiled down at your group.
"Now, our snow royals will dance together. Please make room!" Xemnas began ushering everyone with his hands as everyone began to make a circle for Yuna and Tidus. The melody kicked in and your eyes drifted over to the sound system, where Wakka stood with a headphone on one ear and he smiled over at you.
"Let the royal Winter dance begin!" Xemnas called, and you all grabbed out your phones and filmed the cute couple. The music was slow and beautiful as Tidus twirled Yuna around the dance floor, you and Kairi gripped each other's hand as you watched with everyone else. You were so happy for them as they laughed and chatted as they danced, their cheeks still slightly red as they danced in front of the school, he dipped her slowly and a round of cheers rang through the crowd and he pulled back up and spun her out then in causing her to giggle. You were so happy for them, your eyes travelled over to him, your cheeks reddening slightly. He finally felt eyes on him and he glanced over at you and gave you a smile and your eyes widened slightly before you smiled back at him. Tonight was perfect.

It was getting later, and you found yourself walking through the dancing students until you spied a person slumped on the floor with a drink in her hand.
"Selphie?" You asked as you walked towards her, she glanced up and her eyes gazed at you before she let out a small whine and closed her eyes. "Where's your girls?" You said as you carefully knelt down beside her.
"No idea. Everyone, kinda just walked away you know!" She hiccupped, you raised an eyebrow and you glanced at her drink and then back to her face.
"Selphie. You're drunk."
"Shh! No one can know!" She giggled as she slurred her words, you rolled your eyes and you took the drink from her.
"I think everyone knows. You've made several scenes already tonight." You muttered, as you tried to straighten out her dress, "and your dress is falling down." You said, she scoffed and closed her eyes again.
"You're the worst." She whined, you sighed.
"Yeah you said."
"Your dress is hideous." She burped. You closed your eyes and inhaled before exhaling loudly, you managed to wrap an arm around her waist, and you hauled her up causing the brunette to giggle excitedly.
"Ah! You're gonna dance with me! I don't swing that way!" She laughed her head lulling onto your shoulder.
"Oh Selphie, I'll swing you into a door before I even dance with you." You hissed, as you headed towards the door.
"Whatever." She gurgled and you stopped and glanced at her. "I think I'm gonna be sick..." She whimpered, you looked back at the party and spotted your friends dancing and your favourite slow song came on and you could see your friends looking for you, Xion was scanning high and low and you sighed sadly. Selphie pushed off you and ran out the door and you rolled your eyes before following her out of the dance.
