"Anna! Anna! I have horrible news!" Emeri burst through the surveillance door. "What happened Emeri!?" Anna shouted. "Somehow two of Genderless's brigade members got here and put requanium in me and Melania's food!" "Oh shit!" Anna shouted. "Sound the alarm!" Anna pounded her fist on big red button that had made a Mel-like screech. "Emi! I spot the nurses! " Mel shouted. "Well, don't just stand there, go whoop their brigade asses!" Anna shouted. "Yes Annabelle!" The girls had said Anna's full name, which had ticked them off, but Emeri had quickly sprouted her wings, grabbed Mel, and flew away quickly, since the girls were terribly frightened of their sister.
"Stop right there, thieves!" Emeri shouted and pressed the button on her boot as sharp spikes emerged from them. She stomped on one of the nurses back while they howled in pain as blood shot out of it. "You bitch! " The nurse took out a stun gun and attempted to shock the girl while Mel sped above the other nurse and had managed to only bite her on the arm before getting punched in the face and flew a couple of feet back. "Mel!" Emeri let go of her to control her wings and flew backward to catch the child. "Mel, I'm going to fling you forward and then try to screech, okay?" Mel nodded.
Emeri threw Mel forward, while Mel got ready to screech. "Screech what god gave you!" Emeri shouted. Mel's screech had broken 5 windows, but her regular screech had broken 3 times as more. "It's starting to come back a bit, Emi!" Mel shouted back. This opened a chance for one of the nurses to pull out a gun and aim it at one of the girls. "Mel, watch out!" Emeri quickly tried to fly ahead to grab the armed weapon, flapping her wings as fast as she could. But the nurse had already fired the gun.
.......And hit little Mel in the chest.
