"Eric, it's too much" he said "Come sit down I promise not to kiss you again" she sat down beside him he said "Tell me what this brute did to you so I be on the lookout to punch him in the jaw" she told him everything minus the genie aspect he held her hands he said "He's a fool to let you go, he should be glad he was chosen by you I know I would" tears fell from her face as he wiped them with his hand he so wanted to kiss her but he had promised he wouldn't he said "You want to dance?" she said "Eric there's no.." he said "Nonsense let nature be the music". She got up from the bench and danced with him he spun her about catching her she smiled as they were locking eyes he said "Eve I wish that you forget all about this Gaston the way he hurt you and your heart the pain it has caused you to love him and just be happy here with me, that's all I want for you" the lamp glowed to signal wish granted she felt light-headed she said "Eric" she went and collapsed in his arms he said "Eve" then he made it look presentable he said "EVE" he went to carrying her back to her guest room. While a day's ride from Calais Gaston felt a sharp pain in his heart felt like he was being stabbed repeatedly he had it to get off his horse LeFou said "Gaston, what is it?" he felt Eve he said "It's Eve". Eve laying on the bed the doctor told Eric that she was fine and be better tomorrow he thanked him he watched Eve laying there when he was greeted by Drake he said "So?" Eric said "One wish down two to go, and she's closer to being my wife" he said "What if he shows up for her?" he said "She won't remember him or anything else of him" he said "I'll leave you to your plans sire" he turned and left Eric went to sitting beside Eve held her hand and caressed her face she opened her eyes she saw him she said "Eric, what happened?" he said "Doc says you got too hot probably my fault but I thought I lost you I got scared" she raised up she said "I'm still here Eric" he said "I love you Eve, I never stop despite losing you before" she started to say something and she felt no pain in her heart or anything else her mind was clear and a blur she said "Eric I love you" he leaned in and kissed her. Gaston felt the dark magic afoot LeFou said "Gaston?" he said "Dark magic has a hold of Eve it took her memories of me away" LeFou confused he said "Gaston what are you talking about?" Gaston filled him in on everything LeFou said "So that's why there's a connection between you two? You both are destined to be with each other to correct a mistake from back then" he said "I fear she's lost to me yet again" LeFou said "Real love, true love can't be destroyed Gaston and knowing what you told me I'm sure of it that come hell or highwater you and Eve will be together again if we have to storm the place she's at to make that happen then so be it".
