Like many things in Jasper Crowley's life, the jet was sleek and looked as if it was just bought.

The exterior was a polished silver, and the interior looked just as good if not better with it's dark grey couch like seats.

"Nice jet," was all I said when we stepped on, not wanting to seem like I was impressed.

"Thanks," he simply replied as he made himself comfortable  on one of the largest couches.

I myself set my carryon on the floor and took a seat on the couch across from Jasper, which was equally as large, curling my legs under me and pulling out the book I brought with me.

As I read I could feel Jasper's eyes on me, but whenever I looked up he focused back on his computer. Finally I caught him in the act the fourth time when I peeked my head over my book.

Instead of looking away this time, he looked at me with an intense stare as if he was trying to decode me.

"Can I help you?" I asked, my voice snapping him back into reality.

"I didn't know you like to read," he shrugged, setting his computer to the side.

"Why wouldn't I?" I scoffed, slightly offended.

"I just figured that since you were an actress you would prefer movies," he said truthfully.

"Well you thought wrong, I love to read, I could finish a book in a day if I had the time," I sighed.

"I used to read, I quite enjoyed it, unfortunately with all my work I haven't found the time to sit down and read for pleasure since high school."

"You're telling me you've gone seven years without reading a book?" I asked, unable to wrap my mind around the concept.

"Unfortunately yes," he chuckled at my confused expression.

"Wow, you really need to take time for yourself," I thought aloud.

"Well if I did that who would take care of the company?" Jasper shrugged once again putting his laptop in his lap.

Suddenly I wasn't all that interested in my book and instead stood up from my couch and moved over to sit next to Jasper.

"What are you woking on?" I asked peeking over at his laptop.

"I'm reviewing the notes for the meeting," he stated simply.

"And how many times have you reviewed these notes?" I questioned.

"I don't know, fifteen times, maybe more?" he huffed.

"Jasper," I said softly, lightly placing my hand on top of his to stop his typing, making his head shoot towards me in surprise.

"Listen to yourself, fifteen times? You're a smart man, I can guarantee that you don't need to review them that many times," I explained.

"But-" he started, but I cut him off before he could say anything more.

"But nothing," I said. "You need to let go of somethings, just for this one plain flight at least, just relax."

"I... suppose you could be right," he sighed closing his laptop and leaning back in his chair.

"So what do you want to do?" I asked looking at him curiously.

"You wouldn't happen to have another book would you?" he asked, making me giggle.

"You're in luck, I couldnt decide between romance or adventure, so I brought one of both," I told him digging through my bag and pulling out the first Harry Potter book.
