Soon after dinner I started to yawn, which was shocking considering I had already slept twice today.

"Are you okay?" Jasper asked after I let out yet another loud yawn.

"I'm fine," I nodded, but was immediately contradicted when I began to yawn again.

"I think it's time for you to go to bed," Jasper declared getting up from his place next to me on the couch.

"But I don't wanna move," I whined, leaning back on the couch.

Without warning Jasper immediately bent down and scooped me into his arm making me tense up at first but luckily I managed to relax again after reminding myself that it was Jasper and not someone who wanted to hurt me again.

"You two both going to bed then?" My mum asked a mischievous look in her eyes.

"Yea, I think we're both pretty beat," Jasper chuckled, as I shifted my body so my arms and legs were wrapped around him.

"Alright, well you guys can stay in Clara's room, it's the second door on the left," she said, pointing towards the hallway.

"Thank you," he nodded before walking towards the hallway.

"Look at how cute they are together Charles!," I heard my mom fawn as we walked away.

"I hope for his sake he doesn't hurt her," I heard my dad respond right before Jasper softly closed the door to my bedroom.

After closing my door Jasper gently placed me on the bed before moving over to his bag and pulling out a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt

As he turned around to change into his sweatpants I swiftly grabbed his sweatshirt and put it on, sighing in content at the warmth.

"Oh come on, do you really need to take another one of my sweatshirts hostage?" Jasper huffed when he turned around and saw me in his sweatshirt.

"What? I just really like your sweatshirts," I said, an innocent smile coming over my face.

"Well now I'm cold," he pouted giving me uncharacteristic puppy dog eyes.

"Come here then cuddle bear," I replied spreading my arms out like I was asking for a hug.

"Cuddle bear, really?" He chuckled, walking over to the bed and flopping down into my arms.

"It's the first nickname I thought of," I explained running my fingers through his hair.

"It's okay princess," he mumbled into my chest.

"I like it when you call me princess," I grinned.

"And I kinda like when you call me cuddle bear," he admitted.

"Well good because I wasn't planning on calling you anything else."

This earned me a chuckle before Jasper rolled off of me over to the other side of the bed, making me immediately miss his warmth.

"Thank you for bringing me here," I finally said rolling over on my side to face Jasper.

"No need to thank me," Jasper responded, turning on his side to face me as well. "I know how much you wanted to see them and I figured you needed a break from everything now more then ever."

His words immediately made my eyes glaze over with tears I didn't even know I was holding back and before I knew it I was full on sobbing and Jasper was pulling me tightly into his arms.

"Why did he have to do this to me?" I sobbed, my entire body beginning to shake with my tears. "He's already broken me before, why did he have to do it again?"

"I don't know princess," Jasper whispered hopelessly, kissing the top of my head. "But what I do know is that you're going to get through this, and I'll be right by your side through it all."

"Take my mind off it please," I pleaded. "Tell me something, anything that'll help me forget even if it's only for a little while."

"What do you want to know?" He asked.

"What do you have nightmares about?" I blatantly asked, noticing how he tensed up at the subject. "If you're not comfortable telling me that's fine too, we can come up with something else to talk about."

"No it's fine," he assured me, a very serious look coming over his face as he talked to me. "It's about time that I told you about how my mother died anyway."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes I'm sure."
