"Soooo," I dragged out, spinning in my seat to look at Jasper.

"You haven't slept in four days," he stated bluntly.

"No, I haven't," I agreed.

"You need to sleep."

"I didn't tell you about my insomnia so that you could force me to sleep."

"I'm only forcing you because it's not healthy to go that long without sleeping, and you have bags under your eyes," he pointed out, Instantly making me self conscious of my raccoon eyes.

"You're not very good at this flirting thing," I observed, brining up our last conversation.

"I'm not flirting," he stated dryly before heading back to his office without another word.

Letting out a huff I decided that he was probably right. So I headed upstairs to my bedroom to get ready for bed.

When I laid in bed I found it hard to find a comfortable spot to sleep in, which annoyed me. I decided that I needed something to focus on that wasn't falling asleep so I decided to put on Criminal Minds since I had already been through every episode at least once and I loved the show with all my heart.

I ended up getting through two episodes, before I gave up on trying to fall asleep by distracting myself and decided to go for a walk outside.

I soon discovered an elaborate garden with a pathway that let to the center where a bench sat.

As I approached the bench I noticed a dark figure sitting on the bench, which I soon recognized as Jasper, who had his held tilted up towards the sky.

"What are you doing all the way out here?" I asked, going to sit next to him.

"Stargazing," he paused. "It helps me clear my mind."

I followed his lead and tilted my head to the sky as well, taking in the beauty of the clear night sky.

"It's beautiful," I stated.

"Yes, I suppose it is."

"This is why you like the country side so much isn't it?" I speculated.

"You can't see the sky in the city, and the airs never fresh enough," he sighed. "It's always so crowded, it gets claustrophobic sometimes. I like knowing there's somewhere I can just get away from it all and not feel so closed in for once."

"I feel the same way," I said letting out a deep sigh. "The rush that comes with the city life can be overwhelming."

He nodded.

"It's good to know stars can still be seen somewhere in this world," he mumbled.

I turned to look at him and I swore I could see a tear coming from him eye, so I gently reached up and wiped them away. Causing his eyes which were now red and welled up with tears to meet mine.

"Oh Jasper," I whispered, bringing him into a tight hug.

We stayed like that for the rest of the night as I let him cry on my shoulder.

A week went by and I was having the time of my life. In between meetings and filming I got to have lunch with a couple of old friends from school and even managed to fit a little bit of shopping in.

"We have a lot to get done today," Jasper stated as I stumbled into the kitchen after a full night of rewatching Criminal Minds.

"By we you mean me right? Because if remember correctly, I have a photoshoot, then I have to rush back here to get my hair and makeup done before we go to the gala tonight," I snapped, moving over to the counter to fix my morning cup of tea.
