"You guys are going to love London!" I grinned unable to contain my excitement anymore.
"We've been to London before," Jasper stated, barely looking up from his computer.
"Yes, but you haven't been to London with me now have you?" I questioned smugly.
"I suppose we haven't," he shrugged, refocusing on his work while I turned to Alex.
"I love London in the winter," I sighed, "Its cold but doesn't snow nearly as much as in New York, so you don't have to wear an uncomfortable amount of clothing."
"How often does it snow in London?" Alex asked.
"Not that often actually," I answered. "But my parents own a house in Scotland that we would always go to for the holidays, they should be going there in about two months for christmas."
"Are you going to spend christmas with them this year?" Alex questioned.
"I would like to, but I don't want to get my hopes up, every time I think I'm going to be able to go see them for the holidays, something comes up," I said sadly, making eye contact with Jasper who had a look on his face that I couldn't read.
The rest of the plane ride was relatively silent after that, each of us were doing our own things in silence until I got a call from Laura.
I mumbled a quick sorry before standing up and walking over to the small hallway leading to the bathroom to take the call.
"CLARA!" she yelled into the phone making me flinch and pull it from my ear.
"I'm here, I'm here, there's no need to yell," I chuckled.
"You didn't come to say goodbye," Laura said, and I could almost hear her pouting.
"Would you have really have woken up at five in the morning just to say bye to me?" I questioned, skepticism lacing my voice.
"I would have considering you're going to be gone for THREE MONTHS!" she argued.
"Well we can can FaceTime every night if you want," I offered.
"Well obviously! Why are you staying there so long anyway?" she questioned.
"Apparently Jasper is in the midsts of buying out two different companies centered in London, in order to close the deal he has to be there in person. We also have some photo shoots scheduled while we're here and I have to film for my new movie," I quickly explained.
"I guess I should be used to this by now," she sighed. "You're always traveling in order to film and attend premiers."
"I know, it's all part of the job though, one day you'll know what it's like," I teased.
"Oh shut up, you know I haven't heard anything about the show since callbacks, stop getting my hopes up," she groaned.
"I can't help it," I grinned. "There's no way you're not getting that part."
"But if I get it then I have to move out to California," she whined.
"You love California," I stated simply, turing my attention to Alex and Jasper who were gathering their things.
"Listen Laura, were about to land, I'll talk to you later."
After hanging up the phone I made my way back to where I was sitting and shoved my tablet inside my bag just as we started to land.
After landing we immediately made our way over to yet another Range Rover owned by Jasper.
"How many Range Rovers do you own?" I questioned as we loaded our luggage into the back of the car.
