2. My Ex - Part 2

"Are you happy in your marriage life?", Darshan asked with a lots of pain in his eyes.

Aarvi looked up to him.
"Of course I am. We're very happy. He loves me a lot.", Looking away she answered.

"And you?", Darshan asked instantly.

"What?", Aarvi asked back.

"Do you love him?", He asked.

"What kind of question this is? He's my husband, of course I love him.", Aarvi became a little bit angry.

"Sorry for this stupid question.", Darshan apologized.
"You didn't even invite me in your wedding Aarvi.", He added.

"Because I knew you would never come. And honestly I didn't wanna see you at my wedding.", She said directly.

Darshan said nothing, only sat quietly lowering his head.

"So what about your life?", Aarvi asked breaking the awkward silence.

"All I have in my life after you is - MUSIC", He replied.

"Why don't you get married yet?", Aarvi asked again.

"Well I don't have any interest in it anymore.", He huffed.

"Coffee is finished, can we walk to the Marina Drive?", Darshan asked. Aarvi nodded slowly. After paying the bill they left the caffe.

"So where we were? Yeah my marriage. So my dad asked me a lots of time but I never responded.", Darshan told.

"Why?", Aarvi asked while kicking a stone.

"Because I don't think that I can love someone else like I loved you.", Darshan was looking at her but Aarvi was not. She smiled blankly.

"Look who's saying this. The person left me huh.", She said and sat on a rock.
Darshan followed her and sat beside her.

"I'm sorry.", He uttered.

"The sorry is meaningless right now Darshan.", Looking at the sea Aarvi said.

"But I really loved you.", He said.

"Really? Did you?", Aarvi looked at him.
