"Why he is doing this everyday suddenly?" Ashvi pushed the spoon full of rice inside her mouth and looked at her friend, Ishita.

"I told you na he is in a very important project that's why he has been very busy in his work these days.", Ashvi said defending her boyfriend.

"As if he never done any important projects before, Ashu there's must be something else. Suddenly Darshan started coming home late, not even having his dinners, in fact in the weekends he is never home, you said all of these by yourself. Now you are taking all these lightly.", Ishita said in one go.

"Ishu you are over thinking, he is working hard that is it. I also did, I know.", Ashvi didn't pay any attention.

"I saw him with a girl yesterday.", Ishita spitted that out.

Ashvi left the spoon on the plate and looked at her. "And I thought you need to know it.", Ishita added.

"It doesn't mean he is cheating on me, she can be his colleague too na.", Ashvi tried her best to take that lightly.

"It could be but they were not looking like colleagues. You just need to talk to him, once.", Ishita said and looked at her plate again.

"If there's something like that Darshan will tell me.", Ashvi said with a smile.

"What? You think if he will see another girl he will tell you?", Ishita asked with sarcasm.

"He will.", Aashvi said confidently.

"You are living in a lie Ashvi.", Ishita said again, "He will not."

"You know nothing Ishita, not me, not him.", Ashvi said and made her shut.

Aashvi came back home and waited for Darshan to come back home. Near 11 he came back.

"Are you awake?", Darshan asked looking at Aashvi who was lying on the couch.

"Yah, just waiting for you.", Aashvi sat up.

"I told you, you shouldn't.", he said.

"Come here.", Aashvi called him.

Darshan sat down grabbing her hand. "You ok?", he asked.

"Yah. Just we stopped spending time like previous.", she placed her head on his shoulder.

"I know.", he agreed.

"Darsh!", she called.

"Hmm?", he sounded.

"Is there anything you wanna tell me?", Aashvi questioned.

There was a silence for a while and Aashvi knew the answer already.

"Why are you asking?", Darshan asked back.

"Just.", she closed her eyes.

Darshan only hugged her tightly.

"Hello Sara? Where the hell are you? I am waiting outside of the Caffe.", Ashvi almost shouted over phone, "Come fast, or I'll leave."

She hung up and looked at the wrist watch again. After total ten minutes Sara came while repeating a lots of sorry-s.

"See this is the reason I don't go to a movie with you, because you are never on time.", Ashvi said in anger.

"Ok I'm sorry now will you please stop scolding me Meri Maa.", Sara joined her hands too.

"I am hungry. Order something.", Ashvi told. After giving their order they started talking normally.
