 Chapter Seven: Easy Sam

"Ow! Shit!" I cursed loudly as I fell onto the floor in my room defeating my purpose of sneaking in through my window on the second floor.

I pulled myself up just as the room flooded with light, and I heard my mothers voice. "Care to explain to me why it is that your sneaking into your room at three o' clock in the morning."

Damn it . . .

I looked towards my door to see my mother standing there still in her scrubs her name tag dangling from her shirt pocket. "Hey mom . . ."

I gave her an innocent smile, and she only gave me a you better start talking now or your in even deeper shit look.

"I fell asleep at Claire's house, sorry mom." I told her lying easily, so when she smiled sweetly I figured she had believed it that was until she spoke.

"Oh really, then I'm sure you can explain why Claire just left at ten o' clock after waiting for you with Tyler and Jason." I stared at her as I picked up my jaw feeling trapped.

"I'm grounded aren't I?" I asked her as I scrunched up my nose throwing my bag on the floor by my bed.

She narrowed her eyes obviously angry. "We'll talk about this tommorow."

I exhaled loudly blowing my hair out of my face as I watched her turn leaving my room. "We'll talk more about this tommorow, goodnight love you."

"Love you too mom, but I'd love you even more if you narrowed it down to one week." I told her hopefully as I smiled brightly, and she raised an eyebrow smiling sweetly.

"Nice try honey, but you should stop before I ground you for several months." She said to me before leaving my room the door closing behind her.

I sighed throwing myself onto my bed in defeat. I guess this is kind've all my fault, but normally sneaking in at this time would've worked out, but for some reason my mom came home two hours earlier than she had told us she would.

"Stupid Axel and Ryder,  he would not wake me up, and drop me off down the block from the house, after I specifically told him I had to be home by eleven sharp." I complained out loud.

I have a tendency to talk to myself which at times can be quite embarassing.

"You should've never gone anywhere with him anyways." I screamed loudly before a hand was covering my mouth. "It's me, mom thinks I'm sleep so let's keep it that way."

Tyler's face came into view as his hand came away from my lips.

I scrunched up my face knowing there is no telling when he last washed his hands, and I nearly threw up in my mouth. "What are you doing in here?" I asked quietly feeling sad that he now saw me as one of the towns easy whores.

Easy Sam.

His face softened as he stared down at me, and I stood up moving away from him. "I need to talk to you."

"So talk." I stated harshly as I glared at him my face hardening as I crossed my arms over my chest.

He glanced sideways at me his whole demeanor changing. "Don't start putting up your wall Sam, I know you, and if you expect me to say sorry I'm not going to. I only said the truth, and you decided to hear what you wanted to hear out of it."

"You basically called me an easy whore! What was I supposed hear? Your my brother, my twin, and you degraded me in front of the entire school, you embarassed me."  I finished softly, and he exhaled loudly as he ran a hand through his hair.
