Chapter Thirty one: truth or dare
" . . . oh! One word!" Claire yelled excitedly as we watched Lauren motioning the number one.
This was hell.
"Round!" I said as she did the motion, and she nodded ecstatically.
"Sounds like . . . rig." Lauren said cheating, and Tyler spoke up.
"You're not supposed to talk."
"Whatever." She replied waving him off.
We were all currently in Tyler and Axel's cabin way past curfew. Of course the idea to play this stupid drinking game had been Axel's.
The girl's (Me, Emma, Claire, Lauren, and Jenna) were currently losing to the boys (Gage, Axel, Tyler, and Jason).
"Big!" Jenna shouted, and Emma clapped excitedly telling us we had gotten another clue right.
"Uhm, we ride on them." Lauren was cheating once again, and I mentally groaned.
Lord help me.
"Uhm, dick." Jenna said smiling innocently, and I scoffed in disgust.
"Whore." I muttered under my breath, and she looked back glaring at me as the timer went off.
"It was tire! The word was fuuking tire." Lauren said as she grabbed one of the freshly poured shots from the table, and I exhaled loudly as I grabbed mine.
This was my third shot, we had lost three times, while the boys had only failed to guess one word earning them one shot.
One damned shot.
"She was cheating, and you guys still lost. Please go again." Gage said with a smirk, and I rolled my eyes as I sat the empty shot glass down wincing as I swallowed the strong liquid.
It burned as it went down my throat once again leading a trail of fire in its wake as it traveled to the pit of my stomach.
"Shut up Gage." Claire said as she rolled her eyes grabbing her shot.
Fireball cinnamon whiskey burns like hell, and I found it strange how none of us seemed to be worried about being caught.
We could be suspended if we were caught.
"Okay let's play something else, you guys are just trying to get us drunk, so . . . let's play never have I ever!" Claire said excitedly, and I rolled my eyes.
How cliché.
This whole situation was cliché, teenagers stay up, and sneak out past curfew to get drunk and play drinking games.
I'm surprised we hadn't played truth or dare yet.
"I've got a better idea . . . let's play truth or dare." Jenna suggested, and I rolled my eyes scoffing.
"That's original." Lauren mumbled.
I spoke too soon.
"Alright, your suggestion so you go first." Tyler said, and she clapped excitedly.
"Jenna truth or dare?" Gage said, and of course being the hopeful slut she is, she instantly picked dare, because we all know how this game tends to go.
"Dare . . . okay I dare you to make out with the most attractive person in this room." Okay, so sue me but when she immediately leaned over to Axel it took everything in me to not rip her fake extensions from her scalp.
Everything.
Of course when she pulled away, and Axel looked at me apologetically I shrugged playing it off.
It's just a game.
Things between us were better than ever, and I wouldn't let that whore or my jealousy ruin it.
"I'm definitely hotter than him Jenna." Gage said oozing cockiness.
She only shrugged, and I ignored the eyes on my face as the room went momentarily silent.
They all expected me to be pissed, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't, but I would never let any of them know.
"Okay, my turn." Tyler said clearing his throat, and Claire laughed at his eagerness.
"Truth or dare?" Jenna asked, and he smirked.
"Dare."
"I dare you to . . . hang upside down shirtless from the top bunk until the next dare is complete." Jenna said, and he scoffed.
"That's easy." I laughed as my brother removed his shirt, and proceeded to climb up to the top bunk.
He hooked his feet in between two medal bars, and dangled completely upside down.
Claire wolf whistled, and reached up running her hand across his chest where you could see every one of his muscles.
Gross . . .
"Okay, Jason my brother dearest. . . truth or dare?" Ty said as he dangled upside down, and I smiled.
"Uh, well I could do dare, and let you off from yours but I kind of like seeing you upside down." Jason said thoughtfully, and Ty grunted his face already red.
Is that even safe?
"So . . . truth." Jason said chuckling.
"Okay, how do you feel about my sister." My jaw dropped, and I glared at Tyler who was smirking at me as Jason bit down on his lip nervously.
What the hell?
"The truth?" He suddenly asked, and I looked towards Axel who seemed to be stuck in his thoughts as he took a drink from a shot glass.
"Okay, well if it isn't obvious she's like a little sister to me." He said, and Axel grunted causing all eyes to move to him.
"Sister my ass."
"Okay, moving on." Emma suddenly said, and I nodded in agreement.
"Okay, Sam I dare you to make out with Jason." Jenna said grinning mischievously, and I rolled my eyes at her.
"It's not even your turn to dare someone." Claire commented as she glared at Jenna.
"The hell she will." Axel said loudly, and I pressed my lips together. "It's bad enough he likes her."
"I never said I like her! So shut the fuck up!" Jason suddenly yelled, and Axel looked at him in disgust.
"You practically threatened me to stay away from her the first three years of high school, you don't do that unless you like someone! Just admit it your in love with my girlfriend!" Axel yelled as he stood up, and I found myself feeling slightly dizzy as I stood up using Gage's shoulder for support.
"Would you two stop yelling . . . please?" I asked, and I felt the room go silent as all eyes moved to me, and I felt a familiar sharp pain in my stomach.
"Sam, what's wrong, and don't lie." Ty said as he removed himself from the top bunk falling not so gracefully.
"I'm fine." I said attempting to keep the pain from my face while I was hit with another wave of pain causing me to double over slightly.
"Someone call an ambulance." Ty said knowing the signs, and everything went black just as someone lifted me into their arms.
