Melody woke up, she was back in her room. She saw Vincent lying next to her. Oh good, it was probably just some crazy dream...
"I can assure you that it wasn't a dream, Diana." She heard Vincent say. He turned over and she saw his wounds and bloody body. She screamed and scrambled out of bed. "Aw, why so rude? Don't you like me anymore?" he chuckled and got up. He crouched down next to Melody.
"Leave me alone. Just go! I-I don't want you here!" Melody stuttered.
Vincent frowned, "You don't get it, do you? How typical of you Diana." Melody shuddered upon hearing him use her real name, "You see, you can do things that others can't. You can see me and others like me. Of course, we can't be exposed now, can we? That would just cause total destruction and chaos, but more unorganized than what we would like it to be." Vincent explained to the girl in front of him.
Meanwhile, Melody was trying not to puke. The smell of blood and rotting flesh was so intense she felt like she was choking. She tried to back away from him but he pushed her down onto the hardwood below. "I don't want you running away now. I'm not finished with you yet." He was basically on top of her. She turned her head to the side so she didn't have to look at him. Tears were welling in her eyes. Vincent's smile wavered for a moment as he watched the girl start to cry below him. She reminded him so much of...no. "AAAAGH!" Vincent screamed out in frustration as he leapt off of Melody. Melody sat up, confused.
Vincent was holding his head in his hands, his body was shaking, like he was crying. "Why do you have to have those EYES....those beautiful...eyes..."
"V-Vincent?" She asked, unsure what to do. He started laughing, blood and black liquid dripped off of his hands. He moved his hands and looked at Melody, lunging forward and grabbing her wrist.
"We're gonna have so much FUN."
