When Oliver got to school, the same scene greeted him as in his dream, but Melody's eyes were normal. He walked over to her and sat next to her, listening to Melody and Kent's conversation. He looked over just as Kent grabbed Melody, and kissed her. Oliver, not understanding how Melody could let this all happen after she passed out the night before, got up and stormed away.
How could she be just fine right now?! She was attacked by a DEMON. Maybe it was all some sick joke, maybe Lance and Alexander were in on it. Oliver was too angry to calm down so he went inside to his locker.
Later that day Oliver was sitting outside at recess, alone. Lilith was inside, reading at the library, and Melody was hanging out with her new boyfriend and his little crew. Oliver sighed, he was cold, tired and utterly alone. He just decided to cry in his little spot, hidden from everyone else. Oliver suddenly felt a familiar sense of sleep fall over him, as the world faded away into nothing.
