Lance whipped around as he heard a noise behind him, it was Melody. She was standing in the doorway with Oliver's body. "Some help would be great." She said sarcastically. Lance rushed over and started checking over Oliver.

Melody walked into the study, where an odd scene greeted her. Alexander was standing over his dead body, his eyes a burning red, next to him was a man with orange eyes (who looked a little too much like Vincent for her liking), and a VERY skinny women with golden brown hair and bright green eyes.

"What's going on?!" Melody instantly questioned as they all looked at her.

"Oh Melody! Don't be alarmed, please. I uh, didn't know you could see us, heh." Alexander said, trying to reassure the 12 year old.

"Melody...That's a pretty name." The women commented.

"T-thanks...Alexander who are these people?" Melody asked, puzzled.

"Well, I'm me, just...dead. That's Gabrielle Rasire, and next to her is her brother, Dominick Rasire...they're...well, Owen's children." Alexander smiled awkwardly.

Melody was silent, she was staring at Dominick and he was staring at her. It was silent for a good minute. Lilith, still in the study, was staring at Melody, worried.

"Who are you talking to Melody?" Lilith asked.

"Oh! Lilith, uh hi...I'm just talking to Alexander and Vincent's children."

"......"

"Lilith?"

Lilith was silent. Melody was starting to get nervous. Suddenly Alexander spoke up, "I get that she doesn't know what to say...hm...I have an idea. Go into my coat and grab the small book in there. Flip to page 36 and read what it says, it's French by the way."

Melody did what she was told and read the page aloud. Suddenly Lilith shrieked, "What the- Alexander?!"

Melody looked at Alexander, "This made her see you guys, didn't it?"

"Yep! And everyone else in the house." Alexander confirmed, "Oh, and it allows them to see any dead person, like you, Melody."

Melody nodded, "This will make things a lot more easy."
