It had been 10 minutes since Melody and Lance went into the kitchen, Oliver was getting worried. He finally decided to go check on them. "I'm going to see how they're doing, does anyone want to come with?"
"I'll go." Said Ken, almost instantly. So they both walked down the hallway, to the kitchen door. As soon as they got within a few feet of the door, a heavy smell of blood hit them. Oliver rushed to the door and threw it open.
"MELO-" He cut off at the sight in front of them. Melody was on the ground, she had a stab wound in her stomach. She was bleeding really bad and unconscious. Lance was lying on the ground, at first Oliver thought he was dead, but then he saw the faint rise and fall of his chest.
Oliver rushed over to Melody, "No no no no no!" he quickly found a rag in one of the drawers and pressed it to her wound. Oliver could barely hear anything but the blood pounding in his ears. He saw someone, he didn't know who, rush over and pick Melody up. He thought he heard yelling, he wasn't sure. Oliver looked ahead. He saw Melody's eye on the ground. Then everything went black.

It had been a week since Gabrielle found Owen at the bottom of the cliff. She hadn't reported it to the police, and if anyone asked, she told them Owen was sick.
Gabrielle woke up to the sound of birds, and sunlight filling her room. She looked over at her window. It was a beautiful day outside, but to her, the world seemed bleak, gloomy, and unreal.
How could everything continue, just like nothing had happened in the first place? It was a question she asked herself a lot. Every day seemed like months to her. She had lost everything, all she wanted was her family back.
Gabrielle looked over at the heart on her nightstand. She still didn't know why- or how- she took it. But, she can't get rid of it. Or rather, she doesn't WANT to...

Oliver opened his eyes. Everything was dark.
Oliver sat up and looked around, frantically. His eyes soon landed on what seemed to be a light. He jumped up and ran towards it. It kept getting bigger, and before he knew it, he was falling onto a grey surface. Oliver jumped up again...he was in the same clearing where he found Vincent and Melody. Everything was grey, except for the sky, that kept shifting from orange hues to red hues.
Oliver saw something colorful at the base of the tree. It was Melody.
