                   (Stablers POV)
May 21st Liv's 32nd Birthday 8:30am

    We wake up to a screaming Kacee. We wait a few minutes for her to calm down but she doesnt. I don't know why but Keannah had been perfectly fine sleeping threw the night but she hasn't. Olivia starts to stand up.

"Liv, Liv I'll get her!" I say and she lays back down.
"Thanks!" she mumbles putting her head under her pillow as I walk out.

      I walk into the nursery and find Kacee screaming at the top of her lungs.

"Shhh baby girl, it's ok!" I say rubbing her back walking to my bedroom.
"Liv someone's hungry! You feed her and Keannah, then ill change her and her sisters diapers then get them dressed and ready to go!" I say handing her the baby.
"Go Where?" She asks.
"I asked Amanda to take them till tomorrow so I could do something special for your birthday." I say smiling. "So get up and get ready!" I say earning myself I hit from a flying pillow.
"Shut up!" She laughs.

       45 minutes later we pull up into Amanda's driveway. We get out of the car and Liv gets Keannah, I get Kacee and we walk to her front door.

*knock knock*
"Hi!" Amanda happily opening her door.
"Hey hope we're not early!" Liv says walking inside.
"Nope your perfectly fine!" Amanda says taking Keannah from her!
"Thanks ummm there's bottles already in their diaper bag just need to hear them for 30 seconds 3 times, a couple changes of clothes in case they throw up.  And they have......" Olivia says before  Amanda cuts her off.
"Liv we'll be fine!" Amanda says.
"I know." She says kissing the twins heads. "Bye babies!"
"Thanks Amanda!" I said.
"No problem!" Amanda says. "Have fun!"
"Bye!" Liv says waving to her and the twins.

10 hours later at 6:30pm on the top of the statcue of Liberty

"Elliot this has been the best birthday I've ever had!" Olivia says smiling.
"I'm glad you enjoyed it.
"Its been hard being away from the girls though!" She says leaning against my arm.
"Yeah but once the hit 2 you'll be wanting to get away as much as possible!" I say and we laugh. "Liv there's something I've been wanting to ask you!" I say.
"What?" She says as I take the ring out of my pocket and get down on one knee.
"Olivia I've loved you since the day we met and I won't stop loving! Olivia Benson will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me?" I ask smiling as she holds a hand to her mouth almost crying.
"Yes. A million times yes!" She says and i slide the ring onto her finger and kiss passionately.
