Olivia's POV five months pregnant August twenty-third

A couple months ago Elliot and I house shopping for a new house, so when his kids move in with us they actually have their own rooms. We started face timing the kids so thr twins can get to know them better. They havent seen them since they were born. We move into the new house in four weeks. The new house is huge. It has nine rooms not including the master, and has four bathrooms. It has a giant backyard for the girls and Eli to play in. Also today is the day we find out our baby's gender. Casey is on her way over to babysit the girls while we're at the appointment.

"ELLIOT!" I yell.
"What?" He asks.
"I'm so excited!" I exclaim.
"So am I but stop yelling!" He demands.
"No." I say as we hear a knock on the door.
"Casey?" Elliot questions.
"Yeah it's me!" She exclaims through the door.
"Come in!" I exclaim and she walks in.
"Where are the girls?" She asks.
"Napping. They should be up in half an hour." Elliot replies.
"Ok. Well you two get going and I'll take care of everything here.
"Thank you. Their lunch is in the fridge and make sure Kacee takes small bites." I say.
"I got this Liv. Now get going!" She commands.
"Bye!" Elliot and I say.

In the car twenty-five minutes later

"So how are we doing this?" I ask.
"Doing what?" Elliot questions.
"The gender reveal. Are we letting the doctor tell us or are we letting Casey come up with a way to tell us?" I ask.
"We should let Casey come up with something." Elliot replies.
"I'm so excited!" I exclaim.
"Me too. So do you think you have Lily or Andrew in you right now?" Elliot questions.
"I think we're having Lily." I smile. "What do you think?" I add.
"I just want a healthy baby. Andrew would be nice, so Eli can have a little brother." He replies.
"That would be nice." I say as we pull into the hospital parking lot.

Later in the exam room

"The baby is healthy!" Doctor Beaumont exclaims. "Do you want to know the sex of your baby or do you have something planned?" He asks.
"Our friends want to do something for us!" Elliot exclaims as we listen to the baby's strong heartbeat.
"Alright! I'll put the gender in an envelope." The doctor says as he starts to do what he said.
"Thanks!" I smile.

Later that afternoon after the appointment

"So? Boy or Girl?" Casey asks as we walk through our front door.
"Don't know yet!" I exclaim handing her the envelope.
"What's this?" She asks with a big smile on her face.
"You're going come up with something for the gender reveal!" I exclaim.
"Good! Because the girls, Alex and I already came up with something." She smiles.
"Of course you did!" I laugh.
"The girls and Alex are playing out back and the squad is coming over later. I need you two to stay upstairs until I call you down." She says pushing us towards the stairs.
"Calm down Case." Elliot laughs.
"Nope. This is a big night. I picked out your outfits, so go get ready and take forever to do you makeup Liv." Casey demands.
We walk up stairs and start getting ready.

Casey's POV

"Here girls!" I exclaim holding drinks for them outside.
"Auntie Casey?" Keannah asks.
"Yes cutie?" I reply.
"Is Mommy's baby boy or girl?" She asks.
"I don't know yet? We have to wait till the party!" I exclaim.
"But me and Kay want to know now." They say giving my a pouty lip.
"Pouting doesn't work with me so don't bother." I demand.
"Fine." They say.

About twenty minutes later Mike, Carisi and Peter show up to start helping put up the decorations. Well Carisi got stuck on kid duty with Alex playing outside with the girls while I bossed Mike and Peter around. Olivia and Elliot are surprisingly, blaring country music while we try to be as quiet as possible.

"So what now?" Mike as we finish the last decoration.
"I peak inside the envelope to see if its Lily or Andrew." I reply opening the envelope. A wide smile appears on my face.
"Who is it?" Peter asks.
"Nuh uh. You guys have to wait." I smile.
"That ain't fair." Mike says.
"Too bad. I need you to go outside with  Alex and Carisi. Peter, I need you to stay inside and make sure the soon to be new parents don't come down here. While I go pick up a cake, confetti blasters and pick up Amanda. Got it? Ok." I say and head out.

Six pm the same night. Olivia's POV

Casey picked out a beautiful simple white dress, goes till right above my knees and a little on the tighter side. With black leggings for me to wear. She picked out black dress pants and a white dress shirt for Elliot to wear.

"LIV! ELLIOT!" We hear Casey yell.
"Do we come down now?" Elliot haulers back.
"YES!" She yells.

We walk down stairs and see blue and pink streamers, balloons, flowers, the girls, Keannah in pink and Kacee in blue. Alex, Amanda, Casey, Peter, Mike, Sonny, Taylor, Renae and Fin dressed in either pink or blue.

"This is so pretty you guys!" I exclaim.
"I try!" Casey laughs.
"Cragen is on his way right?" Elliot questions.
"Yes Cragen and John a last minute stop to make before they got here." Amanda says.
"Ok good!"I exclaim.
"They should be here any minute." Fin says.
"MOMMY!" The girls squeal. They come and hug my legs.
"Hi cuties! I haven't seen you all day."
"We help Auntie Casey and played with Uncle Sonny and Uncle Horsey." They giggle.
"Is that Uncle Mike's name now?" Elliot asks. They nod their heads yes giggling, then run to play with their toys.
"Daddy come play with us!" They command and Elliot does what they ask.
"It's kinda funny how sweet Elliot is when he's not at work!" Mike exclaims.
"I know right." I laugh as we hear a knock on the door.
"MOMMY I GET!" Keannah exclaims running to the door.
"Can I open it with you?" I ask.
"Sure. Who is it?" She asks the person on the other side of the door.
"Uncle Munch. Open up munchkin." John commands and we laugh.
I open the door to Cragen, Munch and five blue eyed kids being interrupted by Keannah's scream.
"ELI!" She screams and Kacee comes running.
