I made my way to the old huge cathedral, which was now a tourist spot.

And then I saw you.

"Naeun," you called out.

I ran towards you and we both pulled into a hug. It was the best moment of our life.

I was the happiest.

When I met you for the first time, Seokjin.

"Naeun-ah, babe, you look prettier in person," he pats my head.

"I know, you look ugly~", I teased and he rolled his eyes at me.

"For your information, I'm the most handsome man," he protested.

I chuckled. "Ara." [ara means i know]

He cupped my cheeks and observed my face closely. "You're so pretty, babe."

I was flustered as he pinched my cheeks.

"Aish, stop it. Let's go around now, the place looks nice," I suggested as I grabbed his hand.

I just can't believe I can hold his hand for real, because we always just hold each other's hand through the screen.

I finally arived back at Seoul, from 6 years of studying in Japan.

I met Seokjin online, 2 years ago. And yes, we stayed loyal for two years, as he waited for me.

I promised him I'd come to meet him.

Everything was happy, until something happened.

"Naeun." He said in an exhausted and cold voice.

I was standing outside of his doorstep, smiling through the pain.

It was painful, him being so cold towards me.

"I...", he avoided my gaze, as usual.

My heart started to pound harder and my chest was tight. I felt like I couldn't breathe.

"Let's break up."

And my heart shattered.

It was my greatest fear, losing you.

And I love you. But I guess you're not happy.

I pursed my lips and looked down.

I took a deep breath, "okay," I forced a smile.

"I do hope you find someone better," I felt my tears welling up as I turned around.

He stood there frozen, also in the verge of crying.

I turned around halfway.
Oh, one more thing.

"I want you to be happier," I smiled.

I walked away as I pulled my hood over my head, hands clutched inside my pocket.

I let my emotions escape as I cry silently, walking through the streets.

I kept my head down, avoiding people's attention as I tried my best to sob as quiet as possible.
