Roman had once again left the boarders of Mystic Falls, Virginia.
Off to another meeting with Niklaus, this one more secluded, the original aware of Roman's angry state.

Roman trudged into the woods his skin boiling already.
"Jesus mate, you look like you're going to explode."
Klaus chuckled.
"It's not funny Nik."
Roman glared.
"What's a matter?"
"I've called Elijah thirty times and he hasn't answered a single call."
Roman pulled at his hair.
Klaus sighed crossing his arms.
"There has to be something else."
"Katherine is in Mystic Falls and I have yet to get the moonstone from her."
"Katerina is in Mystic Falls and you didn't tell me?"
Klaus growled taking a step toward Roman.
"I knew you needed to damn well focus on finding the witches and the spell! You don't need to worry about Katherine on top of it all."
Klaus sighed knowing Roman was right.
"You find the moonstone, and don't worry about Elijah."
With that short conversation Roman started his drive back to Mystic Falls.

Roman was in the boarding house drinking from a bottle of bourbon.
"Where have you been lately?"
Roman turned to see his twin, not noticing Elena and Bonnie.
"Busy."
Roman sighed out.
Stefan glared wrenching the bottle from Roman's grasp.
"What is wrong with you?"
"Nothing."
Roman shouted at Stefan.
Stefan scoffed throwing the bottle into the fire place.
"You're never here, you never talk to anyone anymore."
"I talk to Alaric and Damon."
Roman said void of emotion.
"You've hated Damon for centuries. You haven't talked to Caroline or Bonnie in months."
Roman avoided Stefan's eyes.
"Sorry I have better things to do then entertain humans."
"What is wrong with you?"
Bonnie spoke up, her voice cracking.
Roman rolled his eyes as she stomped up to him.
"You aren't yourself."
Bonnie told him, Roman not looking at her.
"You should back up."
Roman whispered, veins creeping out from under his eyes.
Stefan shoved Roman back standing between him and Bonnie.
"Seriously Roman? What's your deal?"
"My deal is that the one person who's responsible for ruining our lives is here and no ones killed her yet!"
Roman shouted running a hand over his face.
"That bitch brings nothing but problems and pain!"
Roman shouted his voice cracking as he turned his back on the three.
Stefan had never seen his brother so crazy, not even with his humanity off.
Roman wasn't reckless he was just lost.
"What has you so messed up?"
Stefan asked.
Roman merely shook his head.
Bonnie slowly walked up behind Roman wrapping her hands around his stomach.
Roman sighed spinning around and hugging Bonnie.
"I'm sorry."
Roman whispered.
"It's alright."
Bonnie whispered back squeezing Roman.
"Katherine has had me so stressed out and I haven't been feeding-"
"You haven't been feeding?"
Stefan asked quickly as Roman shook his head.
"Roman-"
"I know Stefan. I know."
Roman sighed.
Roman had always been the most stressed out of all three of the brothers, always having the most responsibilities as well.
"I'm gonna get to sleep, and I'm going to be fine by tomorrow. I promise."
And Roman would be.
He'd be less stressed, he'd be back to his happy self and back to talking to his friends.

But soon enough his emotions would be too much for him to handle.
