The Past (Part Two)

Jay's POV
I wipe my eyes and sniffle, staring at Kenny. I tap his shoulder and he shifts, opening his eyes and smiling.
"Hey" He whispers, I glare.
"What's wrong?" He whispers, sitting up and gently hugging me. I push him off,
"stop" I growl. He looks at me shocked,
"You.." I growl, he cups my cheeks.
"Awe, hey, did you have a nightmare? It's alright" he whispers, kissing my forehead.
I wait a few seconds,
"You did.. things.. to me when I was ten.." I whisper, my voice cracking. His eyes looked into mine, they looked anxious and worried.
"I.. that was so long ago.." he whispers,
"I was being stupid and-" he starts.
"That's not okay..." I shake my head, he softly kisses my forehead again.
"You're so pretty.." he says quietly, a soft grin entering his face. I growl a bit and he gently pushes the hair out of my face,
"Why would you do that to me..? Why would you do that to Kendra?" I whisper. He sighs,
"You're so pretty" he repeats.
"..stop that.." I whisper, my voice showing fear and worry. The gentle grin only widened, I looked away.
"Hey.." he whispers, getting closer to my face.
He rests his forehead on mine, caressing both my cheeks. I say nothing.
"I'm sorry, alright.? That was almost four years ago— maybe you think it was worse than it really was" he whispers, I say nothing.
"Plus.. you had fun" he adds, his grin showing clearly now. I tense and pull one of his hands of my cheek, the pain in my stomach jumping as I do. I let out whine in pain and he softly kisses me, I try to pull away but my head is against the wall. So I place my hands gently on his shoulders and wait it out.
He pulls away and nuzzles my head, I close my eyes and take a deep breath.
"I'm tired.." I lie, he rests his hands on my sides, I shiver.
"Yeah?" He asks, I nod slowly at first.
"Yeah.. can't we just go back to sleep..?" I whisper, he looks me up and down and nods.
I slowly lay back down, relieved when his hands leave my sides. He lays beside me and I shift, grunting in slight pain.
He wraps his arm around me and I close my eyes, keeping my hands near my chest.
There was silence, than he started talking again
"You're not really tired are you?" He whispers, I nod slowly. He rubs my back,
"I'm sorry, alright? Please just except my apology. You were happier when you didn't remember" he whispers, slowly.
I shake my head a bit, opening my eyes.
"Say that you were being a huge dick" I growl, he chuckles a bit.
"I was being a huge dick" he says, slightly louder than anything else he's said. I smile a bit proudly, and be softly kisses my head.
"Who did you cheat on Kendra with?" I ask, he nervously laughs.
"Well.. that's something we're not going to get into.." he awkwardly says, I nod slowly.
"Now try and sleep, alright? And once again, I love you and I'm sorry" he whispers.
The 'I love you' stung for a few seconds,
"Okay" I respond.
