Saints POV
9:30 Pm Thursday December 5th

I begged Jay to sleep with me.
"Pleeeaasse!" I chuckled, she rolled her eyes.
"You're not five" She says, playfully.
"And you're not either! So you cannot sleep on the floor!" I protest. She sighs,
"What if I get you sick?" She asks. I chuckle a bit, with the intentions I had she probably would get me sick.
"It doesn't matter. Just a small cold" I say, shrugging.
"Go to sleeeeep!" Lewis and Sam yelled together, we both laughed. I jump on the bed, which was once a couch. Me and Cameron pulled it out for the bed. Cameron said he'd sleep in the bathtub, he said, and I quote
'It's pretty comfortable'. Jay groaned and climbed onto the bed as well, I smile. During this apocalypse, you gain trust with people so fast— because they're human and not dead zombies. You think that they have the same intentions as you, to live and just be safe. I can tell you from personal experience,
that's wrong.
She slips under the covers and I smile, slipping under as well. She rubs her eyes and stares at the dark ceiling.
"What did you mean by 'little' brother?" Jay asks, I smile.
"He was my step brother, nearly the same age as me" I say, scooting closer to her.
"Awe. That must've been nice" she chuckles quietly. I nod. I slide my hand through my hair and stare at her from the corner of my eyes. Her hair was crazy, but still looked nice. She was small, very small. She must not eat- ever. I'll have to be careful. She slowly closed her eyes and I slid my hand to hers, she tensed slightly but left her eyes shut. I gently rub her fingers and palm, she doesn't say anything- or move. Eventually though, she does-
"Uh.. everything okay..?" She whispers. I nod, realizing her eyes are still closed,
"Yeah-" I whisper back. She hesitated, easy to tell, but then began to softly rub her fingers back against mine. I couldn't help but let a grin form on my face. I slowly move my leg toward hers, until their touching. She opens her eyes and looks at me, I smile at her. She looks away a bit then cocks her head at me, so I take this second to kiss her. Her eyes widened and she tried to push me away, but I held both her hands, softening the kiss. She let out a muffled whine, which slowly decreased. When I felt her body finally fully relax, I carefully let go of her hands. She doesn't kiss back, but she doesn't fight either. I pull away a bit and she says nothing, just stares anxiously.
"Are you cold?" I ask, holding an amused look. She nodded slowly.
"Am I warm?" I ask, putting my hand on her cheek. She nods again.
"Well than- why not let me warm you up?" I ask, my grin widening. She tenses,
I laugh a bit.
"With kisses" I say.
