Sean Lew's POV
"I shouldn't have exploded like that" I said to myself as me and Bailey sit on the bench outside
"Look I don't know exactly what happened between Price and Rice over there" Bailey said as she almost laughed at the two last name similarities
"Stop laughing at yourself and give me advice" I take out my phone to take pictures of the wildlife around to help relax
"Sorry but even though we haven't known Josh that long, but you automatically villanizing him just shows how much you still love Kaycee," she said
"She's my best friend it had nothing to do with being in lo-, I mean not being in, I mean... Kaycee never gets mad" I said after choosing my words wisely
"Yeah but Kaycee has been going through things... Lately..." Bailey said
"Things? What kind of things? She hasn't spoken to me about these things..."
"Relax they're... Girl things"
"Do I need to go to the store and buy pa-"
"No no no not those kind of girl things... I forget how much you share with each other" Bailey said as I just shrugged as between Kaycee and my two sisters I'm not phased by girl stuff "Just know me and Tahani can handle it"
"I need to apologize to Josh," I said as I shouldn't have attacked my best friend like that
"Yeah but later," she said
"Why later?"
"D-do you have a date for the dance?" Bailey asked me as she stares at the ground
"You mean the one in two weeks? No why?" I said as between Tate and Kaycee I haven't really been concerned about finding a date
"Well, I was wondering if you would-"
"Are you asking me out?" I asked almost laughing as I never seen Bailey so nervous
"Yeah it's pathetic, having to ask my best friend"
"No it's fine I just figure you would ask Julian, Tahani, or Josh..." I said as I could tell something's brewing between her and Josh on her end
"That obvious?"
"No but I remember when you started to fall for Kenneth and this is similar I wouldn't be surprised if Kaycee, Tahani, and Julian already noticed your little crush on him
"Is it weird? I know we haven't known him that long but I like him... Like a lot" Bailey said, "Whenever I'm around him I feel happier..."
"It's not weird...I'll talk to him, Okay?"
"Thanks, bro" she hugging me
"Eww stop I have enough sisters"
"Yeah it would be weird since we made out and you liked it," she said as she brought up that old topic
"It was a kiss and I didn't like it"
"Oh okay" she didn't believe me
Tahani Anderson's POV
"You should apologize to Josh," I said to Kaycee
"Wow I really messed up if you the one who hates him is telling me to say sorry," Kaycee said as we walk to our next class
"I don't hate him..."
"You never did say why you didn't like him, I didn't because of what he did to Sean but you..."
"Did you know Josh is also a dancer?" I asked as Kaycee never spent any time outside of lunch with Josh so she barely knows much about him mostly because she chooses to ignore him
"What are the chances that all of us dance" Kaycee comments as the six of us dance
"Well one day before he and Sean became friends we were in a dance class together and it was time for a duo and we were called up and..."
"And..."
"Let's just say I thought we connected, like emotionally, but turns out he didn't think so and accidentally embarrassed me"
"And he forgot" Kaycee assumed
"Seems like it"
"But"
"Looking back he wasn't being a bad guy," I said "At the end of the day it's just dancing"
"Yeah you do sometimes get too into the storytelling aspect," she said as I laughed as it was true I get way into character sometimes
We made it to class and saw Julian and Josh already inside just talking, with Josh wearing a new shirt
They saw us and we walked up to then
"Sorry!" Kaycee and Josh said at the same time
We all laughed at them
"Yeah I'm sorry I said that you didn't want Sean to be happy, I should know better by now that soulmates love each other regardless," Josh apologized
"Soulmates?"
"What else would you call Sean and Kaycee?" Julian said to me

"Best friends," I said
"And I'm sorry too, I never get riled up like that, and frankly you were right but I just don't like being challenged," Kaycee apologized
"You should see her during Wednesday's game night" I commented with Julian nodding in agreement
"So friends?" Kaycee said to Josh holding her hand out for the handshake
"Yeah, why not?" Josh said returning the handshake
As soon as they stopped Sean and Bailey came in and Sean immediately checked on Kaycee and then hugged Josh
"Sorry bro," Sean said squeezing Josh tight
"Uh it's okay, I'm not really a hugger so can you let go?" Josh said as he's not returning Seans hug and trying and failing to get him off
"I think that means group hug!" Bailey said as we all surrounded Josh with him getting annoyed at us
"Out of all people I could have become friends with it's the group of huggers..." Josh commented
"You're stuck with us now Price"
