Spirit Week: Friday

Sean Lew's POV

"Sarah I don't want to get married!!!"

"But don't you love her?" Sarah said

"Yes but"

"But nothing you made a promise and have to keep it"

"I don't like wearing suits..."

"I know baby bro"

"Sean!" Kylie yelled

"It's time!"

I walk down the carpet with our siblings and parents sitting on opposite sides of each other with the girl of hour the hopping in place in pure excitement in her white dress holding dirty flowers I'm sure she stole from the neighbor's garden

"You made it!" she said

"Yeah I promised"

"I can't wait!"

"Yeah you promised cake afterward"

"Let's get straight to the point will you Kaycee Rice take Sean Lew to be your husband?" Mrs. Rice said

"I do!"

"And do you Sean Lew take Kaycee Rice to be your wife?"

"Sure"

"You are now Sean and Kaycee Lew you may now kiss the bride!"

"Ew but girls have cooties!"

Both our families started laughing at us as she began to chase me throughout the house

"Sean kiss me!"

"No!"

beep beep beep

"Ugh!!"

I checked my phone for the time and I forgot I set my alarm to wake me up earlier today

5:45 am

Why did I have that memory as my dream?

I think Laura calling her Kaycee Lew yesterday just jogged that memory

I was seven I didn't know what love was

I just remember Kaycee telling everyone we were getting married

Next thing I know our families played along and set up that ceremony for us

Who knew that would be the closest I would get to marrying Kaycee

Love is so weird
Then again, I fell for a weirdo

Three weeks ago, Kaycee broke my heart but she's still my best friend and ever since then I've been trying to move on

My friends Bailey, Julian, Tahani, and new friend Josh helped make things easier for me

It's just nice having friends

Tate helped showed I am still capable of liking someone

Tati helped me in being open with someone again

Kaycee just confuses me

One day we're normal as if I never confessed

Another day there's this awkward tension as I did confess to her and that's not forgotten

but she acts like she's interested sometimes asking me about soulmates, and acting like she wanted to kiss me and such
