Before school
Sean had walked me to my locker, being the best friend he is
"Why did we have to wear your Lewser sweatshirt today?" I asked him "Why not my weirdo merch?"
"Mines better duh," he said as I rolled my eyes
Then Gabe walked up to us
"Do you mind if I talk to Kaycee... alone?" Gabe asked/said to Sean
"Sure, I'll just be outside taking pictures as I think Tahani and the others are doing something," Sean said as he headed outside leaving me and Gabe
"We've had fun and I wouldn't trade the time I had with you in the world," Gabe said to me "But I think it's time to call it"
"You're breaking up with me?" as he didn't flat out say it
"Yep!" Gabe said
"...may I ask why?"
"Just because lately I can tell you didn't really like me," Gabe said as it was no secret I didn't like him in that way, I just played the girlfriend role as best as I could
"...Sorry"
"It's fine just... Go get him!" Gabe said giving me a wink and motioning his eyes to where Sean went
Did everybody know?
"I'll try"
"Besides I was sort of seeing girls behind your back," Gabe said
"Gabe!"
"Look I just kissed a few, besides you were going to leave me for Sean anyways," Gabe said
"... just go"

Sean Lew's POV
Before school
Since Gabe wanted to talk to Kaycee I headed outside as Bailey and the others aren't here yet as mine and Kaycee's bus got here early
I was outside taking pictures of a squirrel climbing up a tree then I got tapped on my shoulder
"Hey Sean sorry to bother you but can you do me a favor?" a girl said
"Uh sure... Tatiana, right?" I asked recognizing her from classes
"You can call me Tati; do you mind taking my picture?" Tati said
"Yeah sure no problem," I said as she got positioned and I started taking a few shots
"Okay great let me see," Tati said as she hovered over me looking through the pictures with me "Wow you're really good at this"
"Thanks, I've learned how to use a camera thanks to a friend it helps me relax," I said as I realized I took a lot of pictures "Wow I took more than I thought"
"Yeah, we're going to have to go through these and pick the best ones tonight," Tati said
"Tonight?"
"Yeah tonight, you, me, alone..." She said
Oh, my God, she's asking me out
"Oh, I mean I can just send them to you" I tried saying as a wave of nerves hit me
"Just so you know I don't care that you supposedly love Kaycee Rice," Tati said shocking me "I'm the gossip girl remember? I learn things about this school whether I want to or not"
wow never thought I would be saying this "Tati I'm flattered but that wouldn't be fair to you"
"Hmm... I don't care, pick me up at 6" she said walking away

Kaycee Rice's POV
Lunch
I was going to tell everyone that Gabe and I are no longer together so I can finally be with Sean whether I deserve him or not as between the dance coming up and everyone getting along in our friend group it should be good timing
"Guys I have news!"
"Uh same" Sean said
"Wow today's more exciting than usual," Bailey said, "Who's first?"
"Sean, you go," Julian said
"I have a date," Sean said
"What?"
"Yeah it was strange I was just outside taking pictures, you know to help me relax" Sean started to explain his story with him and Tati as I feel like a door opened in front of me by Gabe only for it to be slammed back in my face by Tati
"So yeah I don't know how it's going to go but hey I had to start dating again soon and Tati seems nice " Sean finished his story
"Sean has been on dates with two girls and here I am struggling to get a girl to like me" Julian whined
"Just date Chloe," Josh said as if it should be obvious
"Wait, who?" Julian asked
"Chloe that girl that keeps staring at you in our second and fifth classes," Josh said, "Am I the only one that noticed this?"
"How do you catch things like this?" Sean said "Same with Tate"
"I think it's deciding whether you two are oblivious or girls aren't obvious enough to you two," Josh said
"Wow Josh let me know if there's a guy like that for me," Bailey said
"Yeah sure," Josh said going back to eat as Bailey seemed upset
Bailey looked at Sean expectantly "I'll handle it" he said, "Kaycee you had your own news, right?"
"..." I was going to say both Gabe and I are done and I wanted Sean to ask me out together but Tati ruined my plans
Tahani sees my hesitance and thankfully saves me "Julian for spirit week on Thursday it's Star Wars day, you need to give us ideas so we can be a squad" she said which just got Julian hyped
Yeah for spirit week each day has a theme until homecoming on Friday
Today was twin day so Sean and I wore the same outfit with his Lewser sweatshirt, black jeans and matching L finger Lewser hats, Josh and Julian tried but they just wore white shirts with jeans and Tahani and Bailey went out and bought matching clothes for the day out doing all of us
"Okay for Star Wars day I have to be Han Solo!" Julian said getting his plan ready
Distracting everyone from my news
I later texted them that Gabe and I broke up
So now I'm single and my crush is going on a date with another woman
