A month later
Jennie~
A familiar feeling came rushing upon me as I kneeled in front of the toilet, throwing up my lunch.
I looked through the medicine cabinet, and found the extra pregnancy test stick that I bought before. I peed on the stick, and waited for a while before looking at the results.
I fidgeted in my seat as I waited for it. It says wait for two minutes, but it already feels like an hour has passed by.
I flipped it over and it says...
Two lines.
"Oh my gosh!" I screamed in excitement.
That excitement suddenly vanished once I thought of Hyunjin. The last time I told him that I was pregnant... you know; it didn't go so well.
I bit my fingernails as I thought of what to do. My mind has turned into a pile of mush, as I created different scenarios in my head. He won't be happy, that's for sure...
Ring*
Shit.
Hyunjin's home.
"Hun, how are you?" I pretended to act as normal as possible. Maybe I'll tell him once the bump starts to shows up? Not right now though...
"I'm really tired. Dad made me do so much paperwork today- I mean, I'm his son! I know I shouldn't get any special treatment, but still. He pushes me way too much, it's exhausting." Hyunjin took off his shoes and immediately headed to the sofa.
"Do you want some supper, I made ramyeon-"
"We eat that everyday..." he started shaking his head, and motioned me to come sit beside him. "Tomorrow- I promise to cook you something delicious, since it's my day off."
"Really? I'm glad!" I laid my head on his shoulders while we continued chatting. "Thanks for helping me with my notes last night, I got an A plus on my exam."
"Wow! You're doing way better than I did last year. Keep up the great job," Hyunjin tangled his fingers with mine. "In a few months, we'll start training at the company together. I'm so excited to be with you all the time."
I almost forgot about that. Our parents want us to inherit the company as soon as possible. Once I graduate, we'll both get trained to take over.
"I don't think I can yet..."
Should I tell him now? He seems tired and I'm afraid that he might get really upset. But I also shouldn't hide these kinds of things...
"Is anything wrong?" Hyunjin looked at me with concern.
"I'll tell you something, but please don't get mad..." I mumbled while looking down. I'm not ready to see his disappointed expression once I say it. "Hyunjin... I'm pregnant."
"Huh!?" His eyes grew wide in shock. "We're having a baby?"
"Yes... I should have took the pills-"
"You have no idea how happy I am," he pulled me into a warm embrace, and his voice started to shake. "I'm sorry if I gave you the wrong impression before. I'll never leave you again- I'll always be here for you and our baby."
"I feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest! I was so nervous to tell you." I honestly told him, and finally got to sigh in relief.
"You're gonna be very healthy and well taken care of, because mommy and daddy's here!" Hyunjin leaned down and kissed my belly.
"How about me? No kiss?" I pouted and crossed my arms.
"Of course my beautiful wife gets one too!" He squeezed my cheeks and gave me a big smack on the lips. "I don't feel tired anymore. I think I could actually run fifty laps with this energy."
"Pfft- as if? Do it then!" I demanded. Hyunjin scooped me up from the couch and took me to our bedroom.
"I'd rather kiss you all night." His lips landed on the crook of my neck, sucking my sweet spot.
"L-Let's not. I just told you..." I whispered an utter, since I'm enjoying it a bit too much.
"Told me what?" He deepened his voice, which left me weak. Gosh, Hyunjin- all this teasing...
"No more baby making!" I yelled while panting.
"I never said that. Wow, my wife is so weird!" Hyunjin started mocking me, which made me want to throw him out the window.
"Y-You!" I kicked his butt.

Hyunjin~
"I made you breakfast." I pecked Jennie's cheek while trying to wake her up.
"It's only six in the morning." She groaned.
"It's eleven." I showed her the time and her eyes immediately shot up. She got out of bed and started dressing up.
"What are you doing?" I grabbed her waist and made her face me.
"I'm going to be late for my lecture-" Jennie suddenly realized something. "Oh... it's the weekend."
"Yeah, exactly. Let's go downstairs and have breakfast?" She nodded at my offer, so we then headed to the dining room.
"So many!" Her eyes grew wide at all the dishes.
"I promised you." I hugged her from behind and sweetly kissed her neck.
"It's annoying how I love you so much. Too much." Jennie turned around and planted a soft kiss on my lips.
"Thanks for loving me, even though I'm a complete jerk." I pushed her hair back, and looked directly at her eyes.
"Not completely, just sometimes." She chuckled before giving me a wedgie. Goodness- this girl is so mischievous.
I love her.
