Tory (Daystar)

I was sitting in my house, calling Ayona's phone over and over hoping she would call me back. For the hundredth time, I left her another voicemail, "Yona, I'm worried 'bout you, baby. We all is, why would you leave without telling anybody?-" Right then, I heard banging at the front door, "...'Yona call me back, please."

I got up and made my way to the door, as the banging got louder, "Ight I'm comin', shit!!" The minute I opened the door, Porsha busted in. "Yall rich niggas just think yall can go round treating females however the fuck yall feel!"

I was so surprised and confused that I started backing up, "Fuck that," she calmly stated as she started pulling her earrings out and tossing them to the side, "I'm going' to beat the shit outta you, Daystar" she started throwing her hair in a ponytail.

"Porsha what are you talking bout?" I asked as I took another step back. I was a short dude and that was a known fact among everyone who knew me, so I stopped getting surprised when almost half the females I knew were taller than me. Porsha was one of those females.

Porsha was beautiful, she had a beautiful shape not as curvy as 'Yona, by any means, but she was still beautiful all around. The only difference between her and Ayona, physically, was the fact that Ayona had dark chocolate skin and she was extremely short, while Porsha was chocolatealmost like my complexionand she looked to be about five foot nine maybe ten inches if I was pushing it.

But then if you compared Ayona and Porsha personality wise.., well I'd probably be able to go on and on some more, but to put it simply, Ayona for as long as I knew her avoided confrontations, now don't get me wrong if you deserved it she'd put anybody in their place in a heartbeat.

She had good restraint on her emotions whereas, Porsha was basically a volcano just waiting to explode every minute on the hour, she was a very outspoken person.

It seemed as though the only time she had any restraint at all, was when she was in a professional environment, surprisingly. Not that I ain't have faith in her but sometimes, well...

Even if I hadn't had the 'proper' upbringing, I knew better then to be going around laying hands on females and I definitely wasn't going to start on this dayespecially not with my girl's best friend.

I knew better.

"Porsha, use ya fucking words...The fuck are you talking bout?" She was already squared up and despite me trying to talk to her, she'd started swinging already. Her right hook got me, it stung but I'd had worse so I brushed it off, while she advanced towards me. I tried my best to weave her shots, as we played cat and mouse throughout the living room.

Just then, "Porsha, what the fuck is wrong witchu?!!" Keem came busting into the living room from the front door. His facial expression said it allhow pissed and tired of her shit, he was.

He ran up behind her wrapping his arms around her waist and lifting her in the air. She struggled against him. I grimaced at the scene, "Yea Keem, Ion think she in a mood to talk," I told him as a matter of fact when she slipped from his grasp and came after me again.

Oh shit.

"He did something' to her!" Porsha yelled as she threw another punch. When she couldn't get me, she opted for grabbing whatever she could and threw it at me.

I jumped out the way to avoid the vase that she threw at me and I was sure she was about to hit me again so I put my arms up to block my face, but all I heard was grunting, "Hakeem, let go of me before I beatcho ass next!"

I looked up, sighing in relief, "Girl calm yo ass down what we say 'bout you throwing hands at just anybody?" Hakeem asked her.

"Fuck him," she replied roughly as she snatched her arm from him, glaring at me, "I haven't seen her in a week and a half. We barely go a week without at least calling' each other up, so I'm gone ask one more time for I lose my shit. What did you do to ha?"

By then, I'd been sitting on the steps, with my head in my hands before I looked up at her, "I.., don't know, Porsha. We argued before I left for my tour.., I was mad but I still checked in on her every day..."

Then it suddenly dawned me, "Porsha," she looked at me, "if you and Tiny don't know where she's at.., then..."

The weight of not knowing where she was, hung over my shoulders heavily and even more so when I couldn't do anything, but cradle my head in my hands as both Porsha and Keem, both pulled their phones out. Each of them simultaneously cursing when they'd been sent to voicemail, repeatedly...

**End of Flashback**
