Hakeem
I probably shouldn't have left Ayona back there with a baby and an injured Daystar, but this situation had my blood boiling.
What type of bitch ass nigga, shoots at a mother and her child in broad daylight? Old dude was out of shape, so it didn't take long for me to catch up with him.
He'd been the typical wanna tough guy—emphasis on the tough part. At least if he was tough, he wasn't showing it to me as I had him by the collar.
He was probably six foot five, by the way he towered over my six foot height and change, earlier when I was finally able to confront him hand to hand.
Even though he was big, nigga was all fat so didn't take much for me to take his ass down.
I jabbed at him, countless times.
"Who sent you?"
"—"
Jab.
"You can shoot at my niece, but you can't answer a simple ass question?" Of course. I raised my fist up again, but he held his hand out.
"Okay. Okay!" He sighed. "She was gone send ha brothers goons on my kids!"
In a flash, my fist collided with his nose. Mentally, I shrugged. Just cause I feel like.
He stared, dazed and in disbelief. "You letting some wanna be chick boss you around? Let alone threaten ya seed?" This dude was unbelievable.
"Who is she?" He stayed silent, until I bucked at him.
"Shania Williams!" My hands dropped. This bitch. "Why?"
"Ion know. She been obsessed with that chick, Ayon's nigga." Abruptly, we both jumped, at the sudden sound of Ayona's voice.
"So you were the one who attacked me that night and almost killed me?"
I looked at him expectedly, but he shook his head. "Nah, she sent me after you but I couldn't hurt a pregnant female... Besides looked like someone else had it out for you— not just that crazy ass Shania."
I got up off him, "I can get rid of him." I pulled glock out, ready to off him. All I needed was the go from her.
But she shook her head, "Lets go." She turned around, heading towards the sedan—which I'd now noticed was blocking the entrance to the alley.
One look back at him, I brought the butt of the gun down, knocking him out.
"Ayo, —" I knew she must've been angry. I certainly hadn't wanted her to witness that let alone hear all that.
But she seemed cold. "Drop it. We gotta get those two home. Day, still bleeding and Tamika needs to be fed and rocked to sleep after all this nonsense."
I hopped into the drivers seat as she did the passenger seat and off we went in silence.
I knew Ayo, wasn't anything like Porsha—temper wise, but still. Even I knew Day, was bout to get an earful from her.
To be fair, I'd warned him about that slick ass bitch Shania, but still, to go after Ayo and my niece, when they had no business in it, was another level of psycho I'd ever witnessed.
Regardless of the matter, I was going to have they backs.
