I am not sure how long we hold each other. By the time I realize, it, it is deep into the night,

Reluctantly, we take a small step back and gaze into each other's faces.

"Hehe..."

"We're not best friends anymore...we're lovers."

"We can still be best friends you know."

"Ehehehe, yes."

"I feel a little shy...but really happy."

"You shy? Since when?" I joked.

She rabbit punch me in the chest we give a small laugh and, once again, embrace each other.

Then...

"We should go home now if we don't go home soon, the Famille' will worry."

"Yeah, we should probably head back."

"Okay..."

I firmly grip her hand, and we head back to the Famille'.

"We're home!"

"Welcome home."

"Raika."

Almost as If she had predicted when we would be home, she greets us with a warm smile.

"I thought It would be about time you guys got back."

She gives us her usual gentle smile. Then she glances towards me.

"Mina, so you were able to tell her?"

"Yes." I replied confidently.

"Good for you."

"Take good care of Miyoko, alright?"

"Of course."

Next, she glances over at Miyoko.

"R-Raika...!"

"Don't worry, I understand."

"You worked hard."

"Y-yes!"

Miyoko is on the verge of tears, and Raika gently pats her head.

(I really am no match for her...)

"Raika...really, thank you for everything."

"Hehe. If you need help again, feel free to tell me."

"Oh! You're finally back." Yomiko wowed.

"Welcome home, Miyoko, Mina." Greeted Rei with a smile.

"Honestly, causing us to worry like that." Kasumi scolded.

"Hey, you two. You're late." Said Tegemi.

"Exactly! Where have you been all this time?" asked Yomiko with narrowed brow.

"S-sorry..."

Though it is way past dinner, all the girls have gathered in the living room.

(They were all...waiting for us)

Filled with gratitude, I look each resident.

Considering that they were just all upset we were late, all of them appear to be grinning...

"Well...we'll forgive you for being to come back home." Said Tegemi.
