"How could you lose it!" You scream
"I didn't lose it" Tyler says
"Yeah I'm sure. It grew two legs and walked away"
"It is a magical notebook" he teases.
"It's not funny! Don't you realize that I could cease to exist. We all could, Tyler! You're the only real thing in this world!" You yell
"Yes I know. I'm sure we'll figure this out" he says calmly
How could he be so calm? Probably because he doesn't have to worry about being completely erased. Isn't he worried about you?
"Do you love me?" You start to cry
"Of course baby"
He runs over to you and holds you in his arms.
"Then why arn't you worried about me?" You ask
I am worried. If course I'm worried"
You spend all afternoon looking for it and asking around.
"What's so important about this notebook?" Josh asks
Oh nothing it's just a book that decides our fate and the writer gets to create and destroy anything they want.
"Well you know it means a lot to Tyler" you reply
No luck. The fact that somebody might have the book and may write in it makes you nervous. You wish they could just write 'happily ever after' for you but that means that your story would be over and you don't want that.
You are outside just getting fresh air and hear someone calling to you.
You struggle to make out the words but what you think you hear gives you the chills.
It's a mans voice. Old and raspy. Undoubtedly recognizable.
Nico
"Time to come back"
This woudn't be terrifying if anybody else said it.
Coming from Nico it is one of the worst things to hear.
You run inside screaming for Tyler. No reply. When you look around everything is nice and how it was before disaster struck.
A woman comes out from the hall and into the kitchen.
"Hey, hun. Dinner will be ready in a couple minutes"
"Huh? Who are you?"
The strange woman laughs
"You're funny sweety. Now, have you seen your father?" She asks
You are about to reply when everything changes in a blink of an eye.
You are now outide in the dark. Kids walk around in costumes and a little boy has his hand in yours.
"I'm ready to go home now" the little boy says
Before you could say anything the boy pulls you to a house and inside. When he does this everything goes back to normal and you're inside your house.
"Hello, (Y/N)" says that same raspy voice.
You turn around fast to face Nico. You back up and start to yell for Tyler.
"Shut up. He can't hear you" Nico says as you holds up the notebook.
"How did you get that?" You spit
"You really don't know a lot about your banditos" is all he says
"What do you want?"
"I want Tyler to put me in control of this world. To make this notebook mine"
"He would never. You're garbage and should rot in hell"
"That's a shame. Didn't want to have to kill you or Josh off. I will get what I want"
You get even more nervous. Was he bluffing? Of course not.
"I showed you those visions because that's what I'll give you if you do this for me. If not we'll do things the hard way"
"Hard way it is"
He gave you a sick crooked smile and disappeared.
Tyler comes running out of the room.
"Babe, whats wrong?" He says worryingly
"What?"
"You were screaming for me and your nose is bleeding"
You wipe your nose with your hand to get the blood off your face.
"We have a problem" you say
