"Nico has the notebook" you tell Tyler
"What?" He looks hurt
"Yep and apparently if you don't write him as somebody who controls this world he'll erase me and Josh.... literally"
Tyler pulls you into a hug. He keeps the hug long as if he never wants to let go. You don't either.
"I have to be honest, (Y/N) I dont know what to do" Tyler says
"Two choices. Give him what he wants and we might live" you say stressing the 'might' part
"Or we make up a plan to get the notebook back" you finish
"I shouldn't have made all this up" Tyler says
"I know but you did and it's time to fix it"
You secretly pack yours and Tylers bag. You can't let anybody else know that you are leaving. They will think you're crazy.
It's hard to keep quiet and Josh's room is next to yours. You make sure you're footsteps are light when you walk to the living room to meet Tyler.
You're frustrated when you see Josh already awake and arguing with Tyler.
"What are you guys doing?" Josh asks you
"Nothing" you can't think of a good lie
"Fine. Don't tell me. I'm still going" Josh says
"What? Why?" You ask
"Because you guys are my bestfriends. You have a lot packed in your bag which means you'll be gone for awhile." Josh states
"Well we're going to Dema" you say expecting him to back out and convince you not go
"Got it. Why?"
"He stole something. Nico did. I'll explain more later"
You ask Tyler if he is ready to leave and ask Josh about Jim. He's with Jordan and the Dun family.
You feel hopeless. As if you will be in a constant battle and always fear your life. You fear the person in control of the notebook and what they have planned.
The next few days had been brutal. The cold and the constant moving. Little breaks and rest.
"We have to keep moving" Josh says
You can tell he has always been the leader.
You go through the tunnel five days later and decide to stop again for rest on the other side. Everything looks the same as it was before.
"Tyler, do you think this will have a good outcome?" You ask him
"Yes, I think so. I will try my hardest. I don't want to lose you"
Tyler pulls you in for a kiss. It is deep and passionate. He kisses you like he'll never be able to again. Like a goodbye kiss.
You pull away and you look him in the eyes.
"Tyler?" You ask
"I don't know what's going to happen. I don't even know what my plan is. Just know that no matter what happens, I love you"
"I love you too" you say
You wanted this moment to last forever. Your love for Tyler is strong and you trust him.
Whatever his plan is and whatever he decides to do you support.
You walk off to find Josh and he looks like he is about to go back through the tunnel.
"Josh?" You call out to him
Josh stops immediately but does not say anything. Weird?
"Josh? Whats wrong?" You ask him
Josh turns around slowly and what you see terrifies you.
Blood.
Josh was bleeding from his eyes and noes. His expression blank
"Josh, tell me what's wrong" you say as you step toward him.
His expression turns from blank to angry. You can see the rage in his face and his fist clenched.
"What's wrong?" You ask
Josh lunges at you and knocks you to the ground. His hands around your neck squeezing.
"Tyler doesn't love you. How could he? You're not even real" Josh spits at you
You struggle trying to push him off of you. You look into his eyes to really show him what he's doing to you but as your eyes met all you saw was darkness. His eyes were pitch black and just empty.
"(Y/N?)"
"(Y/N)!"
Josh is shaking you as if you were asleep.
"(Y/N)? What's wrong?" Josh says worryingly
You are trying to gain your breath back only to realise that it was never taken from you in the first place.
"Tyler!" Josh yells
Tyler runs in as fast as he can
"What's wrong? (Y/N)?"
You have finally calmed down but tears roll down your cheeks.
"I had a vision that Josh attacked me" you tell Tyler
Nico wasn't kidding. He's going to destroy things one way or another.
