Betty's POV
I go downstairs. Jug already took my schoolbag before, so I just go slowly down. Going down, doesn't hurt, but going up does.
I reach the ground and walk to the kitchen, slower than mormal people, but faster than after the "accident".
"Hey," I sigh with a smile and sit down on one chair, which is a relief cause my body hurts.
"Hey," Archie and FP say to me. Jug kisses my hair.
"What took you so long?" Archie asks.
I furrow my eyebrows, "How is 30 minutes long?" I ask, pooring some things called "cereal" into my bowl. I love that stuff.
"How is 30 minutes not long?" he asks.
I chuckle, "Isn't Ronnie your girlfriend?" I ask, "And Toni your best friend?" I continue. I've been spending all my four free days with the serpents in the bar. The high schoolers came after school, but I know everyone pretty well now.
"Yeah, so..?" he asks.
I chuckle, "They seem to get ready for a lot longer than me," I smirk while pooring milk on the cereal. I take one bite while he furrows his eyebrows.
Jug is just eating and looking at me with love again and FP is smirking at Archie while eating too.
"What? I've called Ronnie like 5 minutes before picking her up and told her to get ready.." he smirks at me in confusion.
"That means, that you're a great boyfriend, because then she's been waiting for about 2 hours, knowing, that you'll ask her out," I say and take another bite.
They all look at me now, "What?" they ask in unison.
I chuckle and swallow, "You clearly haven't lived with girls," I smirk and keep eating. They're all still confused.
"So, what is a normal time, that a girl should have for getting ready for a date?" Jug asks me.
I smirk, "Are you asking about me or the others?" I ask.
He smirks, "Technically about you, but I'd live to know the difference then," he says.
I chuckle, "Okay, looking at Toni's style, maybe about hour and a half.." I say. They're eyes widen. FP chuckles, I can see that at least he has dated girls. My mom, to be exact.
"Looking at Ronnie... About two hours," I say.
"And you?" Jug asks.
"I don't know, I've never gone on a date," I say and keep eating.
They all raise their eyebrows and look at me on disbelief.
I furrow my eyebrows, "What?" I ask.
"You've never gone on a date?" Archie asks me.
"Um.. No," I say confused, "So?"
"So, no one has ever asked you out?" FP asks in confusion.
I furrow my eyebrows again, "No.. Why?" I ask.
"What is wrong with people," Jug says, furrowing his eyebrows.
I chuckle at them and keep eating, "You've never gone on a date either.." I say to Jug. He told me that yesterday.
"Yeah, but girls have flirted with me. I just never asked them out and when they asked me, I said no," he says.
"So, what's the difference?" I chuckle.
