"Have we come to an agreement?" Tsunade asks while looking at the two elders and the Fire Daimyō.

"Yes." Homura answers for the three of them, dread lacing his voice.

Tsunade sighs before standing up, "Then this meeting is adjourned." Turning towards the Daimyō, "I will have my best ANBU escort you back to your palace Fire Daimyō."

The Fire Daimyō nods in agreement, "That would be for the best. I trust they will stay with me until the twelve guardian ninja are gathered and arrive at my place." He questions while the ANBU form a protective ring around him, although his question comes out more as a demand.

"Of course."

The Daimyō nods before leaving with the ANBU sticking close to him. Once gone, Koharu turns towards Tsunade with worry clear on her usual disappointed features.

"Are we sure this is the only way?"

"Unless you want a full out war on our hands this is how it will be."

Rising her hand, a ninja appears with a messenger hawk. Taking the scroll with the dissuasion of the council and tying it to the hawk, she releases it out the window and watches it fly in the direction of the Cloud.

"This is all that we can do."

"How much damage has he done?" Koharu asks, still not wanting to believe the amount that he's done.

Without a word, Tsunade motions her hand. Three ANBU appear and place fifty file folders, all containing what Danzo has done behind the back of the Leaf that has or will come back to haunt the village.

The color leaves Koharu and Homura's faces while the Fire Daimyō raises an eyebrow in interest. Koharu shakily takes one of the files and reads through its contents, her face becoming the definition of anxiety.

"How did we not know about any of this?" Homura demands in anger as he too reads though the files.

"If I may," the Daimyō speaks up causing the two elders to look at him, "Danzo has always been shady from what I've seen. But just by looking at these files and my limited knowledge of how you ninja run yourselves, he seems to have taken measures to make sure you lot didn't find out." He says while showing the elders and Tsunade the file he was looking at.

Inside included many pictures of former leaf shinobi thought to have died on missions, all with their faces crossed out. Koharu lets out a shaky breath before composing herself.

"How much do other countries know?"

"They know everything." Tsunade says in a grave voice, "All of this was done in the name of Konohana."

"So how do you propose to fix this" the Daimyō gesture to the files, "as well as the Doragon Affair?"

"Danzo will stand trial for all he's done to the elemental nations and be executed in front of all five kage." Tsunade says while motioning towards the files, "Tell the village of this as well, they have the right to know."

"And the Doragon Affair?"

"We create a peace treaty that benefits the Leaf more so than the Cloud."

The four of them were silent for a moment before Homura spoke up, "Will the Doragon Clan be satisfied with this? The younger sister of the Clan head, a sage no less, was the one who was taken."
