- Yuki's Pov. -

Alarms. The volcano alarms. That was what I woke up to. 

Stumbling out of bed, I grab my necklace and race through the halls towards my parent's room, only to not find them.

"MOM?!? DAD!?!" I shout as I continue to run through the house only to step into something hot.

Screaming, I fall backwards and look at what I stepped in only to find out it was lava. I then take a glance at my right foot and whimper when the sight of 3rd degree burns meet my gaze. Spreading my wings, I fly out of the house not a moment too late as the house started to be consumed by the lava. Now out of the house, I had a good view of what was happening and to say I was devastated would be an understatement. Not only did I now have 3rd degree burns on my right foot, but the valley in which I had grown up in was being consumed by lava as the volcanos, that once protected the valley, destroyed it.

"YUKI!!!!" A voice yells out to me, followed by two others.

Turning around, I see Kibo, Tsubasa, and Kōri flying towards me at lightning speed. I barley had a chance to call back to them before Kōri, the fastest of the three, crushed me in a hug.

"You're alright!" He shouts before holding me by the shoulders to check me for injuries. Once seeing my foot his eyes winden, "Not alright, not alright at all. TSUBASA HURRY YOUR ASS UP AND GET OVER HERE! YUKI NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION!!!!!!"

After hearing him, the other two fly faster towards us and all I could do was blink as Kōri lost his composure for the first time.

By the time they had reached us, our home was completely consumed by the lava and I had lost more blood then recommended. Tsubasa started to heal me right away as Kōri held me, making me retract my wings. In the mean time, Kibo flew off saying he was going to help the twins with evacuation, but not before he saw that I would be alright.

"Kōri..... Tsubasa...... what's going to happen to us?" I ask the two as I watched the volcanos spewed more lava while tears ran down my face.

Kōri tightens his hold on me while Tsubasa pauses for a moment before continuing to heal my foot. 

I could almost sense that they gave each other a glance before Tsubasa spoke, "The others are meeting at the evacuation point. From there we will do roll call to see who was lost, after that I'm not sure. I think Dad has something planned but I could be wrong."

I wordlessly nod at his words.

- 3rd person's pov. -

Tsubasa sighs as he finishes and glances at Kōri, "we should get going, hovering here will just make us venerable to the lava"

Kōri nods and the three of them fly towards the meeting point just outside the valley, where the rest of the clan was gathering. Already there were the academy students, as well as the elderly, while adults carrying their children and ninja carrying the wounded were descending to the ground. The clan head along with his wife were helping the wounded inside the temple.
