The Academy

- Yuki's pov. -

"Will they like me?" I ask sensei as I stand behind Father's legs, hiding from the inevitable.

"I'm sure they will Yuki, just be yourself" Father tells me before turning to sensei, "I assume that Yuki, along with the others of my Clan, will be able to use their wings in class"

Sensei smiles warmly and nods, "Yes, they shall be allowed to use them, but it'll probably take the other students a while to get used to the fact that there is a Clan that have wings. So I would either suggest they either start using them after we start learning about your Clan in class or allow them to right away and prepare them for anything because, as we all know, kids can be cruel"

Father nods with a serious look in his eyes before turning around and coming down to my level.

Putting his hand on my head, he messes with my hair before looking into my eyes, "Be good and listen to your sensei"

I nod and fix my hair. Seeing this, father smiles slightly before spreading his wings and taking off into the sky towards the Hokage's office; a place he's been spending a lot of his time in.

A cough brings me back to reality as I turn back towards sensei who's waiting for me by the door to the academy, "Well? Let's go"

- 3rd persons pov. -
"Class, we have a new student!" Iruka-Sensei shouts above the class before he turns his attention to the girl standing by the door, "Please come in and introduce yourself."

The girl walks in, causing the class to erupt into murmuring before Iruka-Sensei quiets them down.

"Hello, my name is Yuki Doragon and me and my Clan moved to the village two months ago"

(That's Yuki, but with blue eyes)

"Any questions? If you do raise your hand, when I call on you introduce yourself and then ask" Iruka- Sensei asks gazing over the class before hands shot up into the air.

Picking on a boy with swirls on his cheeks, the boy stuffs a couple chips into his mouth before speaking, "Where are you from originally? You said you just moved here."

Yuki smiles slightly before nodding, "Yea, I come from a place known as The Valley. It's not apart of the element nations."

The whole class became silent, all curious about the foreign girl, but the silence was broken by a girl with bright pink hair who jumped up and slammed her hands on the desk while pointing an accusing finger at Yuki, "YOU LIKE SASUKE-KUN DON'T YOU?!?!?!?"

After hearing her shout, a majority of the class started shouting in agreement as well.

Yuki blinks a couple times before deadpanning at the pink haired girl, "I don't know any of you so no"

The pink haired girl then process to point at the boy who had the misfortune of being the source of the girls obsession, "Well that's Sasuke-kun! What about now huh?"

Yuki stares blankly from the pink haired girl to 'Sasuke-kun' before turning to face Iruka-Sensei, "Can I go home? I can learn a lot more there than here where apparently most of this class just cares about getting knocked up."

Iruka-sensei tries to cover up a laugh by coughing, he found it amusing that she could figure out what the girls in the class cared more about boys than being ninjas. "Be it as it may, you must attend the academy."

Yuki frowns before sighing and nodding her head, "Worth a shot....."

- Yuki's pov. -

"Now, why don't you sit next to Shikamaru. Shikamaru? Please raise your hand" Iruka-Sensei said.

I turn back around to see no one rising their hands, raising an eyebrow I turn back to look at Sensei who had tick marks covering his face.

"SHIKAMARU, WAKE UP!!!!" Iruka-Sensei shouts making a boy with spiky black hair jolt awake.

A line of sweat rolls down the back of my neck as I assume the boy who was woken up is Shikamaru. Quickly and quietly I make my way to the seat besides Shikamaru, who was muttering under his breath. Sitting down, he seems to come back to reality and look at me slightly confused.

"I'm new." Is all I say before facing forwards as Iruka-Sensei begins class.

Seeming satisfied with the answer, Shikamaru leaves me alone and goes back to sleep, dodging a chalkboard eraser, thrown by Iruka-Sensei to try preventing him from sleeping, in the process.

By the time class had ended I was able to name every kid in class and already knew who I'd most likely become friends with. Standing up and stretching I began my way towards the window. It seemed Sakura, I had learned the pink haired girl's name, had noticed my choice of clothing as well as my wings tattooed on my back.

"Hey! You're to young to have a tattoo!" She screeched out while pointing to my back, causing more eyes to look my way.

Not in the mood for dealing with her, I hopped onto the window ledge and flicked her off, causing her to gasp while having the nerve to look offended, before leaping out the window. This caused the class to erupt into shouts of disbelief and shock seeing as we were on the second floor. Rolling my eyes at their ignorance, I allow my wings to escape the tattoo and expand to their full length before making my way towards the compound.

- Shikamaru's pov. -

"Hey! You're to young to have a tattoo!" An annoying voice screeched waking me up from my nap.

Looking up, I saw Sakura shouting at Yuki but, by looking closer, I could see that the back of her shirt was cut in a way where her back was fully exposed showing off the wings that were tattooed on her.

Not in the mood for dealing with Sakura, Yuki hopped onto the window ledge and flicked her off, causing her to gasp while looking offended, before leaping out the window. I gasped while the rest of the class erupted into shouts of disbelief and shock, seeing as we were on the second floor.

Hoping out of my seat, I rush to the window just in time to see a pair a wings, one black and the other white, escape from the tattoo on her back before flying towards the forest where I overhear father talking about the new clan who lived there.

It seems the rest of the class had seen this as well because they broke out into murmurs and Iruka-Sensei, who had seen everything that went down but didn't look surprised in the least, told everyone to calm down and sit before launching into the background of the Doragon clan, the newest clan to join the leaf village......
