RHIO RITCHEL'S POV

IT'S been a crazy week for me! Every single day has been jam-packed with so many things going on, and now the Grand Variety Show is just around the corner. Zamantha has been just as busy as I have, so we've both been running around like crazy trying to keep up with everything.

The Breathing Gold's shoots had to be postponed due to some unanticipated circumstances, but we agreed to hold off until after the Variety Show since we were already swamped with school event preparations.

Right now, I'm sitting in this modern theater watching the whole team do their rehearsal while working on my laptop. It's crazy how much we have going on, but I'm excited to see everything come together at the Variety Show!

"I can't believe it, what is that girl doing here?" I muttered to myself as I took off my glasses and peered across the room. As I sat in my seat, I couldn't help but notice that girl on stage rehearsing for TSIOBH. I could recognize her face even from a distance, it was definitely her. I watched for a few seconds, trying to figure out why she was there.

Suddenly, Allen walked into the concert hall and I quickly shut my laptop, turning towards him to call him over. I needed to know if he had any idea why she was there and what was going on. "Kaya pala walang nagpepetiks sa practice kasi nanonood ka rito. Look at them oh, they're all gloated on their jobs. This event will going to blow the whole wide world, Rhio, ngayon palang gusto na kitang i-congratulate."

As the people on stage trailed off to acknowledge Zamantha, who had just come in, I turned to Allen and said, "The success is for everyone of us, Allen. It's not just for me."

"Do you know that woman wearing the brallete and flair pants?" I asked Allen. I couldn't help but admit that she had an amazing figure, and she looked absolutely gorgeous. Her brallete top was highlighting her toned abs, much like Zamantha's - who used to be her former student in yoga classes.

Allen looked at me incredulously and said, "That chick? She's one of the volunteers you approved last week! Didn't you even bother to read their profiles? That's Atarah! The articulate and studious instructor that Zamantha recommended!"

"Zamantha recommended her?" I was surprised as Atarah approached Zamantha downstage, and the two of them began conversing as if no one was watching them. Little did they know, two pairs of eyes were observing them from where we were. I had purposely kept the lights dim in my area, since I was using my laptop.

I couldn't help but feel curious about what they were talking about, but I also didn't want to intrude on their conversation.

"They're just having an informal discussion, probably about how the rehearsal is going, right?" I shook my head and brushed aside the intrusive thoughts that were bothering me. There was no reason for me to be so suspicious, I reminded myself. I needed to concentrate on my own work instead. I flipped my hair and took a deep breath, hoping to rid myself of the unnecessary distractions.

I scanned the stage for a moment, my gaze fixed on Zamantha and Atarah who were deep in conversation. Biglang nawala sa paningin ko iyong kanina ko pa binabantayan. Without thinking, I made my way towards the backstage area, smiling at the people who greeted me along the way. I wasn't sure why I was there, but I wanted to see Zamantha, whom I hadn't seen in a few days due to our busy schedules. The last time we had seen each other was on Valentine's night.
