Kongpob turned abruptly, facing a young man who, sitting on the bed, was waving at him.
A young man that, dressed in medieval shorts and a half-open shirt, smiled sadly while ignoring the blood that was emanating from his open wounds and that were falling on the newly placed quilt.
- "Forth ..." - Kong muttered as he pointed towards the bloodstains with a finger while frowning.
However, a few seconds later, remembering that they were not alone in the room, he took a couple of steps backwards while casting a worried look at the closed bathroom door.
Arthit ...
However, he felt a little more relieved because, through the door, he could still hear the faint murmur of falling water.
Arthit was still in the shower and without knowing that they had just had an unexpected visit.
- "Hello Sing ... or should I call you Kongpob now?" - Forth greeted without taking his eyes off the young man who had just turned to him with an expression of mistrust that made the young man feel a knot forming in his chest.
"But it is my fault...", said to himself the young ghost while letting out a gesture of regret, "how could I be so stupid ...!".
- "Do not worry, I'm not going to tell him anything" - said finally Forth while he shrugged - "it would not make sense for him to do it ... at least not now that there is so little time left before the deadline".
Kongpob sighed, then leaned his back against the bedroom wall and dropped to the floor.
- "We've had this same conversation a million times ... I will not let it be" - said the young man while staring at the ghost in front of him - "I still have a year to find his body, and neither you nor nobody else is going to stop me! "
Forth sighed and, getting up from the bed, approached the young man with slow steps but without making any noise.
The blood that was on the quilt dissapeared in a second. As it was never there from the start...
- "I never wanted this to happen, you must believe me!"
- "Of course not ... you only wanted him for yourself and you did not care that he did not like you more than a brother!" - Kongpob exclaimed as he threw Forth a look full of anger and pain - "It was you who made him commit suicide!"
The young ghost, with a weary gesture, could only nod sadly.
- "I know ..." - murmured Forth with a strand of voice while looking down at the ground - "And that's why I'm still here, unable to continue ... trapped until this curse ends."
Kongpob stared at the young man without saying anything.
It was not necessary because they had already had that same conversation hundreds of times. On each of the occasions when he had gone to the Castle with the hope of being able to end the curse and finally be happy with his old love.
But, until now, it had been impossible...
Kong look again at Forth, with an expression of tiredness but also determination.
"Not this time...", he though, "this time I will end everything".
Forth sighed and nodded sadly.
- "I know I do not deserve anything ... much less forgiveness" - he said finally as he looked towards the closed door of the bathroom - "I do not do this to get rid of my punishment ... I only want him to be happy. As happy as he was before I got in the way and destroyed everything "
The water stopped being heard through the door, causing both young people to look at each other and nod quietly.
- "We will continue speaking at another time" - Forth said in a low voice - "we will achieve it ... you will see ... we have a year ahead and I promise you that I will not rest until Krist's body is found. "
Kongpob sighed and, with a gesture of his hand, told him to leave.
He had only disappeared from the room when the door opened and a smiling Arthit came out completely naked except for a towel around his waist.
However, seeing Kong's expression, he stopped smiling and quickly approached the young man.
- "Something wrong?" - He asked worried.
- "No, nothing" - answered Kong as she embraced the warm and silky body of his husband.
The young man closed his eyes and breathed in the aroma of Arthit. Who, without saying anything, embraced Kong strongly.
- "I love you .." - Kong whispered after a few minutes
- "And I to you, Kong ..."
After which, Kongpob smiled slightly and put a hand under the partially wet towel.
- "It's still early to go down to the dining room ..." - he murmured as he took a few steps towards the bed while, pulling the towel, making Arthit follow him - "what do you think ... I do not know .. of looking for something to do in the meantime? "
Arthit smiled seductively as he let Kong finish untying the towel and letting it fall to the floor.
- "I think it's a fabulous idea .."
