"For the god's sake Perseus we are NOT decorating the entire nursery like an underwater fish paradise!" Annabeth huffed. Carrying another life form was hard enough without having to prepare it's entire future. "Let's go for something more normal, like zoo animals or something."
Percy sat in an armchair and pouted. "But Annabeth, it would be so cute and she could learn about her history and I love the beach!"
The blond wasn't having it. "When you give birth to her, you can decide the nursery theme." She turned and went back to looking at wallpaper.
He stood up and went behind her. Placing his chin on her head, he asked, "On a scale of 10 to 10 how perfect is she going to be?"
Annabeth smiled at her dork."A billion and one," They stood like that for a while, just enjoying each other's company. Annabeth closed her eyes and hummed in contentment. She could stay like this forever.
"But I still don't understand why" Percy rambled and she sighed. Moment gone, but love forever.
