"What's your name again?" I asked

"MaKayla."

"Well, MaKayla, thank you for putting up with Kairi today and I hope you enjoy the show." I grabbed Kai from her lap. "Oh, and don't forget to tag me in that picture."

"You're welcome and I won't." She smiled before leaving the store.

"Now she was pretty as fuck." Elijah, my brother, commented

"Yea. She look young though."

"She look familiar as fuck. Like I've seen her somewhere before." Shooter spoke as he scrolled through his phone.

"You say that about everybody." I laughed

We left out of the store and got into the blacked out trucks. I instructed the driver to take me home. Kairi woke up as we were riding.

"I told you she looked familiar." Shooter held his phone up. "I just liked her picture on the gram a couple days ago."

"Yo. You still on that." I shook my head. "Let me see."

"852k? Shorty popping." I scrolled through her pictures.

I pulled out my phone and typed in her profile name. After it loaded, the picture that we took together was now on her page. I liked the picture then clicked back and followed her.

"Yo. You know how old she is?" I looked up at Shooter.

"Nah." He shook his head. "My guess would have to be like 18."

I nodded and looked through the rest of her pictures.

"I still can't believe he actually followed you." Diamond spoke as we did our warm up in gym class.

"I know right." I leaned forward to stretch. "He liked my picture that I posted this morning too."

"Lucky bitch." Ming threw her empty water bottle at me

"Don't hate." I stuck my tongue out at her. "Ya'll still going to the show with me tonight?"

"My dad said I couldn't since its a school night." Mina spoke.

I sighed. "Ok."

"How the hell did you get your parents to let you go?" Diamond looked at me.

"I told them that we had a project to work on." I shrugged. "They don't question shit when school is involved. And technically, we do have a project so I didn't really lie."

Coach Wilder blew his whistle and told everybody to start their laps. I finished mine with ease. Coach had us doing basketball drills today. I was not trying to do none of that so I had to walk around the court for the entire class.
