They were kissing. She was on the table and he was holding her by the waist.

Dylan immediately stopped and saw my surprised expression.

"Carter?" I said softly. His head quickly turned and his eyes widened.

"Hey babe." He said releasing Jessica's waist. My eyes filled with tears and Jessica turned to face me.

"Wait! Blair it isnt what you think!" She shouted.

"Oh yeah?" I snapped. "What kind of lie can you come up with for this situation?" Tears were flowing down my cheeks.

She remained silent.

"I thought so." I said. Dylan walked towards Carter and punched him right in the face. He grabbed my hand and we left the house. I heard Carter calling my name out but I ignored him. It was raining outside and we ran to Dylan's car.

I was dripping wet and shivering. Dylan took of his leather jacket and put it on my shoulders and I gave him a weak smile.

"God I feel so stupid." I cringed, tears still rushing down from my eyes.

"That bastard doesnt know what he had." He pulled me into a hug.

"This is why I never want to put myself out there. Obviously he's gonna cheat and hurt me. It always happens." I cried unto his shoulder. "What would he want with me anyway? Im not beautiful, or fit or anything nice. Im worthless."

"Dont say that." He said stroking my hair. "You're beautiful Blair. You're smart and you're funny and any guy would be lucky to have you. I know I am."

"Youre just saying that because im your friend and youre just trying not to hurt my feelings."

"No Blair. Im saying it because its true."

He started the car and we drove off. Its a good thing Dylan had brought his car because the rain was really pouring now.

"And how about you?" I broke the silence. "I see the way you look at her. You like her dont you?"

"Yeah. I do." He sighed. "But dont worry about me. Im a big strong man." He said in a manly voice, which made me laugh a little.

We arrived at my house and the lights were still on. Dylan walked me to the door and we were about to say goodbye until the door suddenly shot open.

"Blair!" My mother said loudly. "Do you have any idea how worried we've been? Your father an-" She stopped when she glanced at Dylan.

"Dylan Lewis is that you?" She immediately smiled.

"Hi Mrs. Thompson." He smiled.

"Oh darling what are you doing here? I thought you moved in with your mother?"

Dylan was about to reply when my mother cut him off again. "Oh doesnt matter. Come in! Youre both dripping wet you might catch a cold!" she opened the door wider and let us step inside.

"Go take a shower upstairs Blair. Dylan honey, you can use the guest room. There are some extra towels in there for you to use." My mother said. Dylan quickly thanked her and proceeded upstairs. We parted in the hallway so both of us could take a shower.

I was drying my hair when my phone started buzzing. I looked at the caller ID and it showed Dylan's name.

"Hello?" I said a little suprised.

"I have no extra clothes." He said an I could hear the water running in the background.

"I'll give you something to wear." I smirked and hung up. I quickly grabbed my clothes from my closet and walked to the guest room. I knocked on the door and it opened slightly, revealing Dylan's wet hair and Blue eyes.

"Really?" He said grabbing the pink tee with 'Swag' written in sparkly sequins and Purple sweats with 'princess' written on the behind. He rolled his eyes and closed the door.

I waited patiently in my room, trying to see what had happened at the party after we left. It was just midnight and Im sure it wasnt done, although some people had already posted some pictures.

I scrolled through my timeline until I heard a knock at the door and in came Dylan wearing the pajamas I gave him.

I burst out laughing but his face remained unamused. My gut started hurting and he looked in the mirror and realized how stupid he looked, and started laughing as well.

A few minutes had passed and I was on the floor laughing with him sitting on the couch laughing as well. I heard a knock at the door and I stood up to open it, revealing my mother in her bath robe.

"Dylan? I suggest you stay here for the night. The rain is still pouring and I doubt it will stop until tomorrow afternoon."

"That would be great Mrs. Thompson, I mean, If you wouldnt mind the extra company." He said politely.

"Oh thats as silly as what youre wearing darling." She chuckled. "Youre welcome to stay anytime." She said and shut the door gently.

"Well my mom still really seems to love you." I said smirking.

"What can I say?" He shrugged. "The women cant resist my charismatic character."

"Egotistical." I murmured as I shook my head, smirking.

The rest of the night consisted of us watching movies like 'The Breakfast Club' and 'Beezus and Me.' By the time we finished, it was 2:30 in the morning, and we decided to get ready for bed. We both decided that after tonight's events, we shouldnt sleep on the same bed. I threw him some pillows and a blanket and he made himself comfy on my couch. I turned off the lights and crawled on my bed, laying my head on a soft pillow and wrapping myself in a thick cozy blanket.

"Hey Blair?" Dylan said.

"Yeah Dyl?" I said half awake.

"If things dont work out, Im glad I have you as my friend." He said pulling his covers up.

"Me too Dyl." I said drifting to sleep. "Me too."
