"Chris, she's your aunt. What do you want me to do with her?"

"She deserves to die several times over and in terrible ways for not only the things that she has done. But also for the things that he had planned to do. The plans that she had for the strigoi in Spokane to do to Rose alone deserves like treatment being done to Tasha. While she is still alive and conscious. But I just can't be like her so just do whatever you think is best. Just make for damn sure that I never have to see or hear from her ever again."

As much as I wanted to kill her, I couldn't do that to my friend. At least not in front of him. That didn't mean however that I would not send someone after her later.

Someone that I knew for damn sure would want her dead after I told him what all she'd done to Rose, and all the things that she had planned to do to Rose. He is borderline nuts when it came to protecting Rose. He would kill anyone that hurt her just like the rest of us wanted too. And if I told Abe about Tasha threatening to kill Lissa and Janine just to get Rose to do what she wanted her to. Well she is already a dead woman walking that is for damn sure.

"Tasha, I would like for you to forget everything that you have ever known about dream stones. Forget the shop, its location and the people there. I want you to hate being at court. So, the only time that you would ever come back here is if you were summoned by the queen herself, or if Christian asks you to. I also want you to forget all of the feelings and thoughts that you have ever had about Dimitri Belikov. Other than as a distant acquaintance many many many years ago. I would also like for you to forget everything that you know about the person that you know as Rose Hathaway. Other than the fact that you heard that she and Dimitri are soul mates. And that they love each other without end, and that you are very happy for them. As far as you are concerned you have never met Rose Hathaway and you have not seen nor heard from Dimitri Belikov for several years, since just after his former charge Ivan Zeklos died. Which you have absolutely no problem with. Do you understand everything that I have told you Tasha?"

"Yes, of course Adrian. I am very happy for Rose and Dimitri. Finding your soul mate is such a rarity in this world." She smiled.

"Now, I also want you to refrain from contacting your nephew Christian. If he wants to have anything to do with you then he will contact you himself. Do you understand this as well?"

"Yes."

"Good. Now, when you wake up in the morning you will be tired of living at court. And you will want to go home, immediately, to begin your new life as soon as possible. Find a truly available man, that returns your feelings, fall in love get married and have children. Do you understand?"

"Yes."

"Good, now when I release you, you will suddenly get very tired and sleepy. You will want to go back to guest housing, to get an early night."

Before I released my hold on her, I told everyone, "pretend like your eating. That way she won't think anything of it."

We all picked up our forks, and began to pretend like we were eating. We had to pretend because after everything that we had just heard, there was no way in hell that we would be able to eat for a while yet. As soon as I released her from my compulsion she yawned.

"I am sorry everyone, but I am very tired all of the sudden. I am going to go, so I can go to bed."

No one said a word, but as soon as the door closed behind her the questions started.

"Adrian, what is going on?" Lissa asked me.

"For the last few weeks, I have noticed a change in Tasha's aura. I couldn't figure out what was going on. Then she wore that shirt cut low enough for me to see this necklace. Although, I am sure that that necklace wasn't what she was trying to show off. And certainly not to me."
