"We need guns, that can shoot different types of ammunition, from what they shoot now. Instead of regular bullets, they need to be able to shoot, miniature charmed stakes, which have been charmed with moroi magic including spirit magic. The guardians will need to wear gloves to load the guns. Because only a spirit user, can use a spirit charmed stake, to return a strigoi. But I think, or I should say, I hope. That as long as the last person, to come into physical contact with the ammunition, was a spirit user. Maybe that will be enough, so that if whoever is holding the stake or gun, is not in actual physical contact with the gun or stake, then it should still work. If so, that could cut down on the number of strigoi, and raise the number of guardians, massively, in a very short amount of time. If the restored, want to return to being guardians. But I do not want them to feel like they have no choice in the matter. After having lived as strigoi they should be able to decide for themselves what they want to do with the rest of their lives."

I waited, to let the both of them think about what I had just said. Before I continued, with my ideas about ways to fight strigoi. When they nodded, I continued.

"Also, the guardians will need, some ammunition with ultra violet tips, just in case this doesn't work. I assume, that you could use whatever they put in ultra violet flashlights, in the ammunition. Because, as I found out the hard way, those do actually work. Whether the charmed ammunition does or doesn't work, we need all the academies, communities, and court surrounded by twenty-foot-high impenetrable, and unclimbable walls. With torrents, every twenty or so feet and on those torrents, we need at least two Gatling guns with the same ammunition. One with each kind, if the spirit charmed ammunition works, if not, then just regular charmed miniature stakes. Also, the afore mentioned places, need twenty-five to one hundred psi-hounds, depending on the size of the property, that have been trained to obey the guardians."

Tatiana and my father, both looked hugely impressed with my ideas.

"At five to seven feet intervals, we need massive ultra violet search lights. The only reason that I say that close, is because we need the beams to over-lap, instead of leaving a gap that the strigoi could slip through."

I paused again, knowing that some people would not like my next suggestion.

"We also need all of the moroi, that would like to learn, taught to fight. Chris, can teach the fire users. I would never tell him this, but that little shit is good. But please, don't ever tell him I said that, I would never live it down. Also, Mia could teach the water users, she helped me defeat Isaiah, in Spokane. By wrapping his head in water to distract him. So, I know that she can do it. Our earth users, can open trenches, around all the afore mentioned locations. And someone can fill them with steel piping, with holes drilled into the top, that can hold gasoline. So, that when the time comes, if it comes the fire users can light the fuel and burn some of those strigoi bastards extra crispy." I saw both my father and Tatiana laugh at this idea.

"I don't know who could teach the air users. But baba, you could train the earth users. I am also sure, that Chris and Mia could help train everyone."

"You are an amazing strategist kiz."

I shrugged. "I get it honestly, I get it from my old man after all. Along with my daring, cunning, sneakiness, manipulative prowess, charm, oh, and my awesome hair!!"

We all laughed. 'Mitya used to love my hair.' I thought sadly, as I twirled it around my finger sadly.

Trying to refocus myself I said, "we also need the best guardians we have, to raise the quality of fighting of the other guardians. The older guardians were trained better, and in more ways, than the younger ones. We also need to send some of the older, better trained guardians, back to the academies, to train the novices. This all needs to be done, while I'm away traveling and learning our laws and government. I shouldn't be the only one, who is working to better our world. As I already mentioned, the moroi, that will, need to learn to fight. I know that most of the older generations will be against this. The royals anyway. But when they start complaining, ask them, if they plan to stand around and be killed or turned, if their guardians are killed. Do they think, that they are too good to help defend themselves, at a time like that? Because if they don't help, that is exactly what it will come down to."
