Chapter 22

The morning was hectic as the kids ran around getting ready for school. Thankfully for Ariel's first day there was one lesw girl to contend with.
Lily had a sleep over with one of her friends from school and wss going to school with her.
Lily's little brother Dove on the other hand was a different story.
Today he decided to pitch a fit he didn't want to leave Cameron's side since he got back.
"Tell me again why John and H.G couldn't keep him another day at least." Cam groaned as he carried the six year old who was screaming and crying because he didn't want to go to school.
"Because of this very reason.
He was crying all night so they brought him home and than he kind of slept and now this.
He's six thats what they do." Johnny said over the six year old's fit.
"Oh for crying out loud.
Enough!" Gunter came in the room and yelled taking the boy out of Cam's arms as he kicked and screamed at Gunter.
Gunter sat the boy on the bed and patted his little cheek not enough to hurt him but enough to get his attention.
"You are carrying on like the world is coming to an end.
Now you are going to school.
Cam is going with you and he will stay until your ready for him to leave.
Okay?" Gunter spoke sternly to Dove who sat on the bed sniffling and wiping his little face with his arm.
"Okay." Dove said and leaned over to hug Gunter.
"He just needs alittle discipline." Gunter smirked as he handed Dove over to Cam.
"That wasn't discipline that was a bribe at my expense." Cam complained as he followed Gunter with Dove still in his arms now resting his head on Cam's shoulder.
"Don't you start.
Adult discipline is completely different and I have no problem implementing it on you." Gunter turned and scolded Cam with a smirk.
Cam just narrowed his eyes at Gunter.
All the while Dove was giggling.
"Oh now that made you laugh." Cam smirked and tickled the boy.
"Okay come on your running late boys and girls...
Cam I assume your taking Dove.
Ariel you mind taking Octavia and the boys...
I have a few errands to run with the older boys, Gunter, Jordan." Dina called out.
Once everyone left Johnny floped on the couch.
"Peace at last." Johnny closed his eyes as he rested his head on the back of the couch.
"Well that was interesting." Lexi giggled startling Johnny.
"Sorry I forgot about you being here." Johnny chuckled.
"With a morning like that I don't blame you." Lexi chuckled as she took a seat next to him.
"You going somewhere?" Johnny noticed her pant suit.
"Yeah...
Its a little thing I like to call work.
Say you want to join me I'll be going through your files anyhow.
I need to find all those incriminating reports that would keep it active and eventually lead them to Jones." Lexi grumbled.
"Wait you can actually do that?" Johnny was surprised how simple she made it sound.
"Technically no...
But it happens.
Files disappear or accidentally gets shredded by incompitant secretaries.
Since that was Ariel's first day and I know Jones made sure she was never on camera I'll pin her alliace Joanne as the one to destroy the investigation.
I ran this all by Ariel already.
Infact it was kind of her idea she showed me a saftey deposit box that had exact duplicate of everything I had on your and Cam's recent torture that got you two branded and everything I had on Jones and Carson.
The girl is organized." Lexi chuckled.
"So in other words you need a shredding partner." Johnny smirked.
"Yeah...
And since today is technically an off day we should have the place to ourselves.
I already talked to Nik who tapped into the surveillance feed and well according Nik they will only see an empty building." Lexi explained as they drove.
"Wait I didn't know FBIs had off days?" Johnny looked at her questionably.
"That particular building yes...
We have multiple buildings.
I called yesterday to have it shut down for security reasons
We'll kinda trash the place too.
As the Director I can do that." Lexi smirked.
"Trash the place?" Johnny teased.
"No shut down." Lexi laughed.
"Now its making sence." Johnny grumbled to himself.
Lexi shot him a glance.
"What makes sense?" Lexi snapped.
"That contract Jones had us sign insisting you make investigations stop." Johnny explained.
"Oh yeah that...
I knew he knew what I could do.
His whole I understand it'll be hard was an act...
Speak of the Devil himself." Lexi growled as she saw a figure standing in her parking space as she got in the parking garage.
"What are you doing here!?" Lexi snapped as she slammed her door.
"I come in peace."Jones smirked as Lexi huffed and rolled her eyes and slamming into Jones as she walked passed him.
"So how's the marriage? She this rough in bed!?" Jones smirked and playfully pulled Johnny into a headlock and messed his hair.
Jones is a head taller than the boys.
Jones didn't let go he kept his arm around Johnny which made him nervous.
Even Lexi started to feel nervous something about this didn't feel right.
"Why are you here?" Lexi asked again as they got on the elevator.
"What!?
I just wanted to visit the newly weds." Jones teased as he jabbed at Johnny's side with his fist.
Johnny tested to see if he could move away from Jones but Jones just tightened his grip.
Lexi noticed but chose to ignore instead of making the situation worse.
Jones and Johnny followed Lexi to her office where Alexander was already waiting with a sly grin as he sat on her desk.
"Okay stop avoiding my question and tell me what is going on." Lexi snapped as Jones shoved Johnny into the chair infront of her desk and cuffed him.
Alexander closed the door and Jones motioned for Lexi to take her seat as he sat next to Johnny.
"Remember...
I said when I need you no questions asked.
Well this is one of those times.
Dr.Carter Black you and I will be going through a lot of specific files and getting rid of them in that massive shredder of yours.
While Alexander keeps Johnathan company.

Alexander will disappear with Johnathan.
Also the kids and Cameron are all at school right?" Jones smirked as Lexi locked eyes with Johnny who was starting to hyperventilate.
"He sees where I'm going with this.
Unless its the fact I'm leaving him alone with Alexander.
Now the sooner we start the better." Jones stood leading Lexi out of the room.
Alexander locked a keyed bolt that he obviously installed.
This made Johnny more nervous.
"Stop fussing with the cuffs." Alexander grabbed Johnny by the his hair snapping his head back...
It made Lexi nervous walking down the hall to the file room with Jones alone.
"Lets make this quick.
Who knows what Alexander will do to Johnny when he starts to get bord." Jones insisted with a smirk...
Cam noticed something odd about the cops that were patrolling the halls all of a sudden.
"Ms. Sims is everything okay?" Cam asked as she walked back in the room after a visit with the principal.
"There's a threat on the school! Everyone has to stay inside and out of the halls!" Ms. Sims whispered as she looked over at the kids playing in the circle as tears started to build up in her eyes.
"Hey don't do that we need to stay calm for them." Cam gripped her arms trying to steady her.
"I'm just glad your here.
One less parent to explain this to...
Cam you can call me Sam" Ms.Sims gave a weak smile.
"Sam Sims...
Oh your parents didn't know what they were doing." Cam chuckled making her smile.
"Yeah...
Don't remind me.
I was teased my whole school years literally.
Almost got it changed once but my parents wouldn't alow it.
When I found out it was my great grandma's name and saw a pic we looked identical than I felt better about it." Sam smirked.
The girl was still practically a kid only twenty years old herself.
Cam and Sam jumped when Cam's cell went off with some strange demonic like tune.
"Who the heck you hate that much for that ring tone?" Sam looked at him with shock.
"Ummm...
Can I go in that supply room?" Cam pointed towards her oversized closet.
"Sure." Sam shrugged.
"What do you want?" Cam groweled.
"Is that the proper way to answer your uncle's call?" Alexander sneered.
Cam could hear a muffled scream that sounded like Johnny which made Cam's stomach flip as his heart pounded nearly out of his chest.
Cam couldn't control the tears that followed.
"Pull yourself together Cameron.
You don't want the kids to panic." Alexander grinned as he spoke and poked Johnny with a cattle prod insiting a muffled scream from Johnny.
Cam looked all over the closet than he spotted a camera in the corner.
"Yeah we had them installed in all of the schools where the kids are.

Octavia and Bellamy's school play.
Must be the students show time...
I just wanted to let you know all that is happening is because of us and that I am watching you.
So just sit tight and be a good little soldier.
If Lexi follows all of Jones instructions this will seem to be nothing more than a horrible prank.
But if you try anything.
Like sneaking one kid out and it will be a blood bath.
But don't worry they are under srtict orders not to kill anyone ironic I know.
But you know how gun wounds can be.
Now walk out of the closet..." Alexander instucted.
Sam looked at Cam who looked like he saw a ghost.
"Ignore her..." Alexander growled.
"Now look out the playard door...
Now look down...
See that wire...
Look a little higher...
See the other wire...
They are electrified.
Now they are those kids are small so I don't think it would take to much of a jolt to kill a brat.
Now you see what will happen if you try sneeking one out that door.
Now see the building across the street... Look on the roof...
Now look at your chest." Alexander chuckled.
As Cam's eyes grew wide at the red dot over his heart.
"That is just one of oh about over a hundred snipers.
Now sit tight...
Stay calm and everything will go smoothly." Alexander said as he hung up.
"Sam can you ummm...
Can you close all the blinds." Cam asked as he tried to calm his shaky voice as he collapsed to the floor next to Dove who knew something was wrong.
Instantly he clung to Cam's side and started crying the other kids didn't seem to concerned because that was Dove.
"Hey nothings wrong.
I'm just still winded from being at the cabin.
Remember John and H.G told you I got hurt.
Why don't you go play with your friends." Cam stood up on shacky leges as he made his way to the classroom door where a cop walked pass the small window and stopped.
He looked at Cam and flashed him a devious grin.
Cam knew he was one of the men planted there.
"Can't we have one normal day." Cam grumbled as he leaned his back to the door and left himself slide down to the ground.
Sam came over and gave him a cold bottle of water from her classroom fridge as she sat next to him.
"Thanks...
I never knew classrooms had fridges." Cam chuckled weakly.
"Well after a few diabetic incedants I made sure I had it so I can keep orange juice on hand." Sam explained.
"So was it them that called you?" Sam looked at him with fear in her eyes.
"Them!?" Cam didn't know if he could tell her or not.
Can spotted more cameras one specifically aimed at them.
'Apparently they moved.' Cam grumbled in his head.
"Yeah them...
You don't remember me do you." Sam smirked.
"I'm sorry." Cam looked at her trying to remember if he seen her any other time before Dove started school.
"We met at Owl woods.
I was one of your moms lady gaurds.
When we heard you adopted Dove well she wanted to make sure her grandson had the best protection." Sam smirked.
"So that worried look you had was an act?" Cam smirked.
"No!
I might have been one of her best in training but I never actually had to fight." Sam nervously chuckled.
"Yeah its them." Cam sighed...
Meanwhile back with Lexi and Jones.
"I can't shred these!
The men you want to get off are worse than Young and we all know what happened to him!" Lexi slammed her hands on the files dislayed on the desk and leand towards Jones with a scowl.
"You are a fisty one." Jones chuckled he walked back tho the shredder and continued shredding the files that she already approved because they were the ones she originally planned to shred.
"You know Ariel is in the school with the kids.
Your putting her at risk too." Lexi pointed out as she leaned against the desk with her arms folded as she watched him.
"Don't worry they are under strict orders to wound not kill." Jones smirked.
"So you have no problem with her getting caught in a cross fire trying to save someone like Octavia and because of their hight difference she could get a fatal wound after all?" Lexi pointed out.
"Well if she's that stupid she deserved it." Jones growled.
"Bring those files over." Jones ordered.
"No!" Lexi didn't change position she stayed as she was and sternly responded.
"You do relize Johnathan is alone with Alexander...
Cameron is at a school where snipers are at their ready to shoot through glass at everything and anything that moves when I or Alexander gives the order." Jones warned as he walked up to her standing uncomfortably close to her.
Lexi flintched as he reached around her to grab some of the files.
Jones leaned in and sniffed her hair.
"You smell like a flower Director." Jones cued in her ear.
Lexi let out a breath she didn't relize she was holding when Jones made his way back to the shredder...
"Ugh...
Why am I always watching you or Cam?" Alexander growled.
As he paced the room.
Just for the heck of it he hit Johnny in the back of the head.
"What no snappy come back so I could have more fun." Alexander said as he flopped in Lexi's chair.
"Oh...
Guess that mkes it hard to talk." Alexander smirked as he referd to the gag.
A shadow in the hall caught Alexander's eye.
"Jones someone is here." Alexander said into a wrist com.
Johnny started yelling against his gag.
"Are you nuts!" Alexander snapped as he tased Johnny causing him to pass out.
"Who would be here!?" Jones hissed as he pointed his dagger to Lexi's throat.
"I don't know!
I ordered a shut down for the day.
Maybe one of the interns didn't get the memo!?
Please if it is he's just a kid." Lexi pleaded as she thought of one them that never get her memos and always came in at this time.
"Define kid." Jones hissed.
"Sixteen...
He tested out of school at fourteen and started training at the academy and he just started here a month ago." Lexi rushed.
"Carson sweep the halls for a sixteen year old kid..."
"Red hair green eyes his name is Toby." Lexi discribed.
Jones ginned.
"You just discribed Ariel...
Carson it Tobias.
Don't hurt him just get him and put him with Johnathan...
He's actually the first born but his parents hid him at birth never telling Ariel she was a twin.
Don't worry I'll let you break the news to them." Jones smirked as he collected more files from the desk.
Johnny woke and saw a kid tied up in the chair next to him.
At first glance Johnny thought it was Ariel with short hair.
"Johnathan meet Tobias.
Oh Jones wants you to have this its Tobias' adoption papers you are now his legal guardian as well.
Sorry Tobias your foster folks just weren't a good match." Carson said with a smirk...
