“School?” I asked Sara as she hummed about the kitchen.

“Look Cyan I understand if you don’t like the idea but honestly you cant just give up your education. Your going to need to get a job someday and that means going out into the real world.” She explained to me as if I hadn’t thought it over one hundred times already. “Your parents agreed with me and the school’s said they would give you a guide to each of your classes, Kyle can take you. So what do you say?”

I groaned and banged my head down onto the kitchen table. Honestly I wanted to say no, no way in hell, but I knew Sara was right.

~~~
“Do I look ok?” I asked Kyle as he handed me a shoulder bag with pens and paper in. I had told him to leave the books out, there wasn’t any point in taking them if I couldn’t read them.
“Fine, now can we go?” he asked sarcastically dragging me out to his car and shoving me in the passengers side.
The ten minuet journey was silent it was only when we got there that Kyle spoke, sounding rather concerned for me. “Are you ok?”
“No, I’m fucking terrified.” I told him being brutally honest.
He let out a heavy sigh, “Look I can see your friend James coming over here now. You’ll be fine.” He told me probably trying to sound reassuring but I wasn’t buying any of it.
“I cant do this.” I said to him not caring who I was talking to, “I can barely walk around your house on my own, how the hell am I supposed to do this with everyone staring at me and gossiping behind my back about what happened. Heck most of them were at your party they probably saw it or herd it and now I’m hear to confirm it.” I’d wound myself up so much I was nearly in tears.
The door on Kyle’s side opened and was slammed shut again, seconds later my door was opened and I was being pulled out and shoved into someone. “He’s all yours.” Kyle said to whoever had caught me.
“Thanks,” James’s voice went as if he was trying to hold something back. Kyle walked off then, I herd his footsteps go as I stood up properly and took an iron grip on James’s arm. “Ouch, you mind?” he asked me prying my tight fingers off of his now bruised skin.
Everywhere I could hear people talking, whispering. Some stuff was about me and if it wasn’t before it was when James led me past. It seemed everyone felt sorry for me, they  all knew who did it. The bastards had been boasting about it, apparently saying something about finishing the job but I didn’t care. Nothing I could do now anyway.
James lead me to my seat in first class and left me there, when the bell went everyone rushed in and I’ll admit that I was grateful for getting in and sitting down before the stampede. When the teacher, Miss whatever her name is, came in she was shocked when I answered my name in the register. “Good to see you back with us Cyan, I do hope your feeling better.” Bloody posh woman because you know I’m just dandy right now sitting in class. “Now if you all take out the study book I gave you last week, here Cyan there’s one for you, I want you to turn to page ninety-three. Copy down the notes on the board then compare them to the books analysis before writing your own conclusion.”
Dam, did the woman not know I was blind? I had no idea what to do, I couldn’t do anything she said so just sitting there and hoping for the best might work. “Cyan please do tell my why your not doing as I asked.” She questioned, god she was dumb.
Press the button and turn sarcasm onto full, “Well Miss I honestly don’t think I’m able to do as you ask.”
“Your telling me that you cant do something so simple as to copy down what is written on the board and turn your book to a certain page?” She sneered, “Have you turned simple while you’ve been away or has your sickness simply been so bad it erased most of your brain cells making you incapable of even the most basic task?”
