Getting to Know Each Other? PASS!

Daniel's POV

"So... Jack. Why don't you tell me more about yourself?" I tell him.

He just stares at me like I'm that one annoying fly in your house. Why does he hate me so much? Me and Zach are done with.

"Jack..." Zach tells him sternly.

Jack clearly does not want to be here but I'm going to push him to the limit.

"Jack, what's your favorite color?" I ask him.

He simply answers, "why do you care?"

Zach nudges him and he answers for him.

"His favorite color is green." Zach says annoyed.

"What about... Favorite ice cream flavor?" I ask him.

"Chocolate swirl with a big chunk of raspberry in the middle of it." Jack says.

"I thought it was vanilla?" Zach asks him.

"Used to be. You're just not up to date." Jack says then laughs.

I walk away.

Jack's POV

Daniel walks away.

Finally that doush bag is gone. 

I sigh in relief.

"Never do that to me again." I say to Zach.

"Do what?" He asks me.

"Never make us run into one of your ex's." I tell him.

"I didn't plan that. You thought I did?" He asks me.

I kick the ground with my shoe as I reply.

"Yeah. Why else would you have picked to come HERE?" I ask him.

"I don't know maybe because this is the only place we come to get breakfast and it's delicious?" I says.

I nod my head but I'm still uneasy about the whole thing.

Just then, Daniel comes back to us.

Great.

He plops down a bowl of ice cream.

"Chocolate swirl with a big chunk of raspberry in the middle of it." Daniel states.

I'm impressed, I gotta admit.

I take a spoonful and eat it.

Delicious.

I continue eating after I thank Daniel.

Me and Zach ask Daniel for the bill and he says, "It's on me, don't worry." 

Me and Zach smile and thank Daniel before heading out.

As I'm walking out the door, I look back and notice that Zach and Daniel have each other's phone's in their hands....
