The next few days flew by. Me and Cris didn't see anyone but each other; they guys were busy with recording the album so we spent the days in and around the hotel. I did speak to Jack though, quite a lot to be honest.

Jack's POV

We were in the studio for the next couple of days recording some of the final songs for the record. I love recording and I was having a good time there was something about me that just wanted Tay there with me. Every time I got a text off her my day got 10 times better.

I was worried about her, really worried. Ever since she'd mentioned him I couldn't get this 'Harry' guy out of my mind. I wanted to find him and tell him to leave her alone but more than that I just wanted to be with Tay, to protect her and make sure she wouldn't do anything stupid. I knew that couldn't happen though; we had to get on with work if we were going to reach the deadline we'd been set.

We were in the middle of recording my guitar for a song called 'Guts' when my phone rang in my pocket. I slid it out of my black skinny jeans and looked up at Alex and our producer, Mike who were in the small room with me at the time. They sighed and nodded then I jumped up to leave. Before the door shut I heard Alex mutter to Mike jokingly "Young love, ey" I decided to ignore the comment. I answered the phone and held it up to my ear smiling instantly as I did so

"Hey"

"Hey, Jacko. How are you?" Tay asked

"I'm good thanks, what about you?" I returned the question

"Um... yeah good" she replied

"Why the pause?"

"I'm just a bit bored of the hotel now but I don't really want to go out. What are you up to?" She asked, changing the subject

"We're recording the last few songs, you'll have to listen to them some time"

"I'm sorry, I didn't realise you were busy. You should have said. You don't want me bothering you" She said sounding annoyed with herself

"You're fine, we were taking a break anyway" I lied but I'd say anything if it meant I could talk to her for a little bit longer

"Okay, wait one sec" she said. I could here her whisper shouting at Cris to get out of the room which make me laugh "I'm back"

"What are you doing later?"

"Nothing, what did you have in mind?"

"We should do something"

"Yeah, I'll ask Cri-" I cut her off

"I meant just me and you should do something" At that point I was glad we were on the phone because it meant she couldn't see fidgeting and playing with my hair nervously

"That sounds good" she replied and I let out the breath I'd been holding

"Well I think everyone's out tonight, so you could come over and we could watch a movie or something. If you want"

"Okay. Only if I can pick what we're watching" she laughed

"Awesome, sorry our producer is giving me 'the look' through the glass, I'll have to go"

"I'l see you tonight then"

"I'll text you the address, bye" I started at my phone for a moment once the line went dead.

My train of thought was interrupted by the sound of a heavy door opening. My head shot up to see Alex leaning against the dark brown wood of the door frame with a small smile oh his face.

"You really like her don't you?" he said simply, keeping his eyes on me. It was weird how much Alex and I knew each other, he was like my brother. I just nodded knowing he understood how I felt
